I called the store at the beginning of my lunch break to inquire if this brick and mortar carried plus sizes. Sierra energetically told me the store does carry plus sizes. She pulled every style they had in my size and had them ready for me to try on when I arrived. Sierra and Lennon both provided me with style help and an overall fun, and positive experience! Thank you!

I buy lots of Madewell pieces online so I was thrilled to see a brick and mortar store. Very sad they don't carry any extended sizes. The salespeople who were enthusiastically helping others wouldn't even make eye contact.

Super friendly, offered to help as soon as I walked in.
I didn’t know what style of jeans I was looking for and Emily brought in some pair and recommended some jeans for my body type and I’ve never felt more confident!
I bought two pairs and im so excited!

One of the customer service representatives Lenin (sp?) is incredible. She is just good at what she does. She is attentive to everyone that walks in and out. Gives genuine feedback on items to be purchased. She doesn’t come off sales-y, but definitely makes sure you get what looks good on you…haha…
There’s an art to sales and I believe she got it. Hope the company makes sure she’s recognized for her amazing role.

I received wonderful service. I had no idea what pant size I would be since it's been a while. The sales associate was kind and helpful grabbing me extra sizes as needed. I found a great outfit for the concert across the street at the Crystal Ballroom, including a great sweater on the sale rack. These pieces are now staples in my wardrobe and I'd be happy to come back.

I was grabbing my size from a stack of jeans when an associate told me “ask for help next time” on Black Friday. The stack wasn’t messed up. Rude.

Visiting town and needed a simple black leather belt. We visited five different shops before we checked out Madewell, where I found the perfect belt! Well organized store, great location for downtown shoppers, and terrific service especially from Delaney. Thanks for all your help! Can't wait to check out my local location when I return home.

I came here about a week ago. Every time I come here nobody bothers to greet me. In any event, I traded in a pair of jeans and purchased a new pair. I decided I didn’t like the jeans and brought them back today. I asked if I’d get a $20 code for a future purchase since I had traded in the jeans the previous week. I was told “you lose it”. Meaning bc I made a return they just get to keep the jeans I traded in for free? This didn’t sound accurate to me. So I immediately contacted the corporate office. They confirmed I should have received the $20 gift for a future purchase. Do the people here just need more training?

I made my over to Madewell while looking for a wedding guest dress in town. I did not find my specific dress but I did find great jeans that were on sale for $25.99 each!!! You cannot beat the price for the quality.
