We were supposed to have our new range delivered today. We rented a dolly to move the old one outside where it will be picked up tomorrow. The refrigerator is in the middle of the kitchen, moved out of the way for delivery. It was supposed to be here between 1230 and 430. No one ever came. Called the store and were told the driver brought it back to the store with him-no explanation as to why and they won't reschedule a delivery until Saturday. What a bunch of incompetent morons. Now we can't cook dinner all week and Best Buy is taking no responsibility for their actions. Screw these guys.

Great selection of product but horrible customer service. Only when I requested to speak to a manger did I get greeted and acknowledged by someone. Garret, Floor Manager, assisted politely but very little faith that anything will come of it. Terrible customer service/selective service.

Elliot. All I can say is Elliot! They were such amazing help when I went in this weekend. I had a whole issue with my new Canon camera, decided to return to switch to Sony and there was a defect on the camera body. Elliot walked my husband and I through all of the company policies and helped us make the best decision with returning and going with different coverage. I drive from Tigard all the way to this location because every time I go in, everyone is so nice and Elliot was the confirmation on why I return to this location. Please give Elliot some recognition *managers because it is very rare to find employees who actually put in the work and try to do their job.

Terrible customer service. What's the point of curbside service if they say they'll be out in 5- you wait 20 minutes, go into the store and they say they never got your phone call.

I ordered hearing aids with a 60 day return policy and when I called the store 4 times to get the exact date because I was close to 60 days when I developed a terrible earache and wanted to return them. I got a different date on every call and asked for the manager. You cannot talk to anyone at the local store as all calls go thru a national call center and told they would call you back, which they never do. Best Buy refused to take them back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!

Nonexistent customer service. Staff indifference. Called to request help and manager directed my call to a department that was not accepting calls. My call was disconnected. 27 minutes of my time trying to fix a problem they created. Best Buy is so disconnected from their customer base. I would not be surprised that this company fails. It will fail because it continues to consistently fails its customer. They don't carry anything exclusively. Easy to shop elsewhere.

Rude customer service. Was trying to return a Christmas return. I was still in the return window. As noted and told to the associate and the manager that came over it was a Christmas gift. They treated me like I stole the razor. And kept getting more in helpful. They went as far as telling me I needed to bring the person who gave me the gift in to prove they bought it from their store. I was told they may have paid cash, But they would not even give me a gift card for the cost of the razor. Or the sales price over Christmas, kept treating me as a thief. The product was not on clearance, it is a product you could go in and buy still today. ($69.99 Currently). And I contacted customer service from the online app, they said same thing. If you don't have receipt there is no service. I'm am going to post on every website possible to let them know customer service is important. And they need to better train their employees. Will never shop their stores ever again. I have not shopped at Target for 5 years now over same issues, Customer service. Hope best sees this

Went to purchase an item when they were not busy. I grabbed an item from the rack priced at $19, when I got to to the register it came up at $29. Many of the items throughout the store didn't have prices on the shelf. The manager short little guy said someone must have moved it to the wrong location. It was in the same location as all all the car accessories were at. It could have been their own doing trying to fill empty holes who knows. Maybe they should've been more vigilant on making sure things were faced and put back in their proper place since their was hardly no one in the store and close to closing. The manager also told my daughter she would have her computer by Tuesday. Turns out it was supposed to ship out on Tuesday be here on Friday, one week later still no computer. Poor customer service Jorge the cashier was very nice and amazing. If it wasn't for him I would have not purchased any of the items I had.

Retail is dying. But sometimes you just want something now. Went there to get a computer and they were less than helpful. I'm not kidding I ended up ordering the computer on their app and "picking it up" because I could get help. Service was not good.

Bought a freezer on 8/02 delivery date was to be after 8/22 . Alex Fakashchuk gave us his business card . Never answered his phone after multiple attempts. Took me 75 on hold to 3 different people to schussle a delivery date which then was not until Oct 11 th. Needless to say I cancelled the order . Don't have time for this . Now waiting to speak to supervisor as this process has been ridiculous

On 23rd of June, I went to the this store at Cascade Station for getting sound bar and mini freezer. Unexpectedly this is the best store experience I ever had. It was so wonderful that it actually mad my eyes with tears. I am +60 years old female who doesn't have much knowledge about buying freezer or sound bar. I just had an idea what I need. The person who helped me was "Victor". He was so patien, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He took so much time to find the right model and price but it was going to take for delivery. But he found the solution then for sound bar for my newly purchase, he suggested that the quality of tv, I should wait until delivery of tv and test the sound (he asked about room size). Then if I still need the sound bar, I will get as same as sale price. Also he found that my tv which bought couple of weeks ago, is on sale. So he adjusted to sale pric, refunded the difference. I really felt that Victor is trying to help me not to push to sell. The way he handled whole processing, was so impressed and touched my heart!!!! So I talked to GM, Mr. Jeffrey Wilson about his employee Victor. I realize he is also a good listener who runs a good store. I really want to appreciate giving me a wonderful experience at this, Bestbuy store! By the way I reviewed on 24th of June, but I don't know what happened, It was there then I couldn't find again. Then on 2nd of July, after the delivery, Victor called me, my other freezer is coming sooner. Also make sure all the delivery were good, tv and temporary freezer are working ok....What a service..I bought big appliances and televisions before from other stores but never got a follow up call like this. I call this "REAL TRUE SERVICE" like 70' 80's.... Again, Thanks for the great service.

Went to pickup product that was ordered online. Took over a half hour because we seemed to be dealing with people that didn't know what they were doing. First one was a kid that had 2 days experience. It took a additional 3 people to complete the process of a trade in.

Bought a game here yesterday and notice that my girlfriend had bought me the same copy the same day so I went to return it still wrapped and everything. When I went in, I gave them my receipt and told them I wanted to return because I had another copy already. He gave me the biggest roll in his eyes and didn't even say anything to me. At the end of the transaction he said "we are done here" and just walked away. He barely acknowledged me while I was doing the return. Never coming here again.
