They charged me over $40 to ship one piece of paper in a priority envelope to New York. I checked with the post office afterwards and it would have been much less. Not sure how this place is still in business for how much they charge for things.

My family and I have been bringing packages here for over 15 years. They now charge $1 each for drop offs, and when we politely said we will take our 6 packages to the carrier instead, they told us "please do not come back, have a good day" - oh, we won't be back, you just lost 4 people's business in one transaction. USPS will pick up packages straight from our door for free, have fun going out of business.

The one blonde who works there is constantly at the bar next door and they charge 1.00 for usps drop offs even if it's ups/usps. For what? Probably that gambling habit of hers. One star for convenience of the all in one drop off.

I have been using Mail Room+ since 2020. Not only is it close to my home but the ladies (Bridget and Kelly) that work there are the best. They have always been friendly and helpful. They are over worked and underpaid for sure but they are lot better to deal with then some of the other employees they have had over the years and way better then the owners.

I have shipped packages from Mail Room Plus for years. I was surprised to hear that the manager has decided to charge customers a surcharge to ship USPS packages. The fee is only $1.00, but when you have already paid for shipping and handling this does not seem right. I asked what the charge was for and I was informed that it was for handling and storing the package. There was no charge for UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

I requested a receipt at the time of dropping off three packages with prepaid labels. I was told that the mailing label that I printed was my receipt. I didn't stop to think about this and soon realized that the return label was no receipt that shows I left three packages with Mail Room Plus. I phoned Mail Room Plus to ask for a printed receipt and was told that they do not provide receipts for prepaid packages. This feels like porch pirating to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bad, bad, bad.
