Really good experience. The admin is very communicative and available for info and questions. Very flexible and accommodating. Unlike other local movers, they DO on their own obtain parking passes for street parking for their vehicles and do the leg work of reserving the spaces (at customer's expense, but still). Other local movers scoff at the idea and make their customers jump through all the hoops of obtaining the pass and reserving the spaces. The movers who came were fantastic and worked REALLY fast and didn't waste a second, and we managed to do the move within the minimum 3-hour time frame, saving me time and money.
My only negative in the experience was that when setting up the details of the move, I suggested using a small truck the size of a standard U-Haul due to the small amount of things I was packing, the limitations on parking, and the use of the loading bay at one of the locations. They seemed to agree and take note, but then on moving day, they brought a MUCH larger truck which almost caused problems with the loading bay. We did make it work, but it would have been a much worse experience if that had ended up interfering with my move. My suggestion: be EXACT with your customers about truck size. Make sure you have a discussion of the exact measurements of the truck needed rather than relying on estimates and assumptions.

I was in such a mess. I had to move immediately due to circumstances with my roommates. Master Movers contacted me Chris and assured me that they would be able to move me the next day. I was absolutely overwhelmed that my case worker and my good enough questions social worker were able to put this all together. Chris is a master at planning. Sunny and Cisco appeared at my door right on time. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and they assured me that I should do nothing and they would handle it all. That they did! Sunny even lifted me up and put me into my roommates truck so I could go to my new place. This company is absolutely amazing you will not go wrong and all you need is sunny Cisco and Chris on your side!

Oh my goodness. We just got done moving and let me tell you, these guys were lifesavers! We have a one year old and I have a bad back. They did ALL the lifting and then some, even helping us pack some odds and ends. I have a lot of collectable dishware and they were very careful with everything.
I've worked with other movers in the past but I'll be sticking with this company for future moves. Friendly, hardworking, and best of all fast.
Would recommend to a friend and will be using again. Thanks guys!

Keith and Johnny helped us move a bunch of stuff from all over our house into a storage unit and they did an amazing job! They got it all right (even though it was kind of complicated with what was staying and what was going), worked quickly and efficiently, and were very communicative and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Jake, Johnnie, and Pete did an amazing job getting our clawfoot tub upstairs around the corners and into the bathroom. No damage to our build. These guys are pros, I call them every time.
