Spencer and Anthony were informative and helped us our with exchanging a medium firm for a more firm bed. I recently purchased a bed online ?. Mattress Firms 120 day return policy allowed me to exchange my bed for a small fee. I look forward to the new more firm bed. I appreciate the easy process of trying out beds at the store and the return process.
