I called in advance to confirm I could I come in and browse (as I'm not 21 yet and the shop is about 40 minutes out of my way). I was told yes, only to be informed that I could, in fact, not browse any glass and was restricted to looking at the incense and T-shirts, and the women at the front was highly disrespectful and rude when informing me of this. When I do turn 21 (in less than 3 months), this will be a shop that I avoid because if you can't be nice and respectful to someone who made the effort to make sure they can do what they came to do, then why would I or other support your business and there goals. If I could, I would give zero stars.

I love mellow mood but this location is not it. went in looking for a new piece and the employee seemed annoyed that I was there??? I work in a customer service job so I get not being “on” all the time but they seemed pissed off at me for no reason and was no help when I was asking about pieces. I was going to buy something but the whole process seemed rushed and, again, like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. hoping it was just a bad day but I would not recommend shopping here if you want an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately had a pretty bad recommendation on a vape product I cannot return so 50 down the drain. I’d advise just going with what you like vs suggestions because the return policy sucks. Great glass collection though!

Love to give this place zero stars after recent visit!! This place doesn't refund for unopened merchandise with a receipt. Make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you purchase ANYTHING otherwise they only give out store credit. Garbage policy and NO RESPECT for veterans. ZERO STARS!!

Came in 5mins before closing to purchase a pocket scale the “Big Individual” that was working was very disrespectful and had ZERO knowledge when it came to products inside the store.. when I asked if we could calibrate the pocket scale before I left he said to me and I quote “ you can go across the street to the bar and ask for a nickel”… I used to Manage/Own Smoke Shops in the Kansas City Metro Area, if anyone of my employees handled a customer the way this “Big” individual did I wouldn’t have any business and that individual would not have a job! Regardless if it’s 5mins before closing!!! I’m just Astonished how HORRIBLE my experience was..
