I've been going here for 5 years now and the owners are amazing. The few times I've had things happen and had to leave my laundry, they were kind enough to bag it and put it aside for me. Truly amazing people and the place is always clean and affordable.

Laundry service was using most the washers (besides the minis). The place was full even mid-day during work hours.

The owner is lovely. The machines are clean and well maintained. Got me through years when I didn't have a washer/dryer in my unit.

Wash is $2.50, plus soap $1.50, plus dryer is like $1.50. it's like 5$ per load I live by the Belmont 47th one and came here to rewash stuff I spent 15$ at another place and the same size washer was $6.50 and trash hence rewashing it their , it always been my favorite out of like 20 other places. The owner has been really rude to me before but it just makes it feel more like home 😊lol .and the younger one is really nice and pleasant too and totally makes up for it plus I understand I don't know what's going on with people and don't really care to so I ain't tripping on it .I still rate it best in town lol

This laundromat is awesome! Everybody that works There is nice. The place is always clean. The machines are always clean. I’ve been doing my laundry there for a while. I never had an issue.

I like how organiz they are, they have signs to let you know where your clothes belongs!! Very clean and clean restroom deserve 5 stars 🤩 ⭐️ great chairs, quite a few folding tables not bad ✅️ great prices for loads 😀 and not bad for closing at 10pm and opens at 6:30!!! But last load at 9pm 🙂

Haven’t used a laundromat in over 40 years, however my dryer died Saturday. Checked online for one close, the closest had 1+ reviews. MetroMat had a 4.7 rating. Wow. Tried it out today-well worth the high rating. The floor was spotless, smelled clean and pleasant. Have both oversize and regular dryers. I used one large one for 2 loads. They were dry in 40 minutes. Cost me $2.00 (25c per 5 minutes). Fluffed better than home. I will definitely be back!

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. The staff that was onsite was very helpful and kind. They managed to keep a nice flow going and helped keep everything organized and running smoothly. They were amazing. I'll definitely be returning to this establishment. Its very clean and well ran.

I came in to do laundry for the annual Pickathon event and the staff on August 3rd was a really great help in getting me through a lot of laundry in a very timely manner. Thank you to all of them. I'd definitely come back.

I’m very disappointed in this laundromat for multiple reasons. The only one I care to comment on is the exploitive child labor. The young girl working there complained of back pain and the lady who ran the place said “ look at my face. I don’t give a ****” . This is disgusting. A child who is still developing and in pain will have to suffer a lifetime of injuries and trauma due to selfish, exploitative behavior.
Update ** I did post this at the wrong laundromat initially, but upon closer inspection by reading reviews both locations seem to be owned by “Nicole”.
Her response: was essentially that I left a review at the wrong laundromat, despite her owning both and denying the situation that did occur saying she is the “ only employee “
I have evidence saying otherwise. Denying the child labor is ironic, because her daughter said it with her own mouth pleading to her mother that “ you’re making me work “ when trying to convince Nicole to let her rest and not do tasks that HURT her BACK.
No one bent over backwards. She did much more than “help” please learn the difference at what constitutes as helping and working. Also, great job invalidating very real feelings and pain of a minor.
