This is the best metro, it's a kiosk in the mall, but the customer service is by far the best. I was having a hard time getting service on at cricket,boost and even other metro stores and Ryan went out of his way to help me . So I'm able to stay with metro without the employee trying to add bundles or extra lines .You guys saved the day! thank you Lloyd center metro.

I bought a phone at this kiosk the guy lied to me said that he was the manager of the store down by Pioneer Square then he sold me a third-party phone that wasn't even brand new so at this time I have a lawsuit against the kiosk for lying to me which I have on video and for the guy saying that he was a manager of another store when I went to the store and they said they have no affiliation with kiosks at all and the phones they sell there or not authorized I've got all of this on camera with this guy lieing so I contact a lawyer with all of this and they told me that what he did was fraud so now any day they should get a summons

Now this place is the best of the best Metro PCs in PDX, The employees are down to earth ?, also bilingual,they Carry themselves last when it comes to customers now that's awesome ??, also ( Carlos) he keeps it very professional and courteous always. This place is pathetic I watched this whole club manager make fun of this guy who had Asperger's, the guy was waiting in line he got his stuff stolen and really needed a phone, you really need help and the manager said oh yeah let me get these other people first that I waited patiently for like an hour, just to have the manager lie to him like he was just some scum of the earth, to miss out on making to any other store as t that point I was fed up and left the manager said you don't got cash and try to overcharge him for a phone the other store was gonna do for 80 and didn't even want to help him.thats not okay at all being a Manger myself for over 5 years made me sick thinking that there's people like him out there that can disrespect somebody recommend to illness and going through a hard time and make fun of him like y I'n his shoes before never Will I ever support that table slash store tbh what ever it isIt a no one's ever really there Anyways or acting like God picking who you want to help and not help is not professional all also double charging picking who pays what is another red flag and gonna let someone people know to really see how legitimate this place really is sorry about the misspelled this is the phone I get the service from this wonderful place shaking my head

Yesterday was my 2nd visit to this location, the 1st time the young man who took care of me was top tier, he was knowledgeable and quick. This visit he was there and he went above and beyond! He was eating his dinner when I walked up, I told him to eat and I would be back. He absolutely refused no matter what I said, he remembered my name, he smiled and laughed with me,made the entire process of being in a hot mall, during the holidays after I had worked all day pleasant and painless.

Awesome customer service and helpful with getting the best deals at a low price. Awesome and friendly smiles from the represntative. Would recommend this location especially. This is the first time that I am more than 100% satisfied with a cell phone company

The guy working this kiosk was extremely rude not only to me but that one other customer that came up while I was there. When I was explaining to the employee what I needed to do with my phone service he just kept telling me I was wrong. That's not what I needed to do. Then he went and talked to some girl that had been hanging out there that works at the mall. (She was there when I walked up) and talk to her for a minute. Them a man came and payed his bill, then he came back to me and told me I was rude and he wasn't going to help me. Look on your camera. I asked him how I was rude to him and he just said that I was rude and he was not going to help me. There was three teenage boys that walked past and they were laughing because they could hear him yelling. I left the kiosk and was walking down the mall to leave and he still was screaming I'm not going to help you I'm not helping you leave. He just kept repeating those things. It was very strange. I went over to the 82nd and Powell store and told them what I needed to do with my account and they did it quickly and easily and very nice. That's the one I've been to before and that's the one I'll keep going to.

Worst customer service. If you can even call it service. None of the employees actually care about doing a good job or helping people. They just seemed more concerned with making a sale. Probably going to discontinue service due to he pure lack of respect any of these employees have for the customer. I am a manager in retail myself and was appalled with their behavior. One employee actually refused to help after asking a question about an upgrade. Nothing but attitude and a waste.

Okay okay I'm at the Lloyd Center T-Mobile with RJ he's been a wonderful help he is great I recommended for promotion actually he needs to be the district manager and without him I would be totally lost and I really really appreciate him and his service you guys had a great employee with him thank you appreciate you bro

I came in pretty angry because I lost my phone, Rj I think his name was, not only calmed me down but heard me out. He made me feel like he cared and empathized with me. Thank you for finding me the best deal but even more thank you for getting everything set up and logged in.This guy understands the meaning of customer service and because of that I will only be coming here from now on thank you.

The employee at the mall for T-Mobile sold my 10 year-old son a phone and activated it with a $50 monthly plan without parental approval. When we returned it (an hour later), the manager wouldn't give a full refund.
