Wow, I've never been to a better phone store. Never thinking it's gonna be a good time going to the phone store, but every time I go to this metro store, they are so helpful, patient, and really sweet and respectful (even of the cranky/real confused crowd). Just amazed at their knowledge and kindness. They work with the public and keep their cool. Appreciate you guys, thank you.

They overbill every month. I have to go through long waits just to hear my bill will be charged the right amount. They are full of lies. I have been overbilled five times.

The customer service was excellent from both employees. Ishaq especially went out of his way to not just fix my issue I came in for. He took care to everything that needed it. I highly recommend this store.

I have to say I haven't been this happy with customer service in a long time.This is the best location hands down. I walked in with vague questions and he had the answers. He simplified the process with his knowledge and clear communication. New phones and upgrades could be considered overwhelming.

I have gotta say. after reading that last review posted about there bad customer service. I think the managers response to that post was correct the customer service I received there today was top notch!! the store I went to before this one could learn a lesson from these guys. Not only did I get what I came for a apple phone They set me up with 2 apple phones with nothing out of my pockets. They did however set me up with two phone covers and glass covers not going to say how much but you can work out a good deal with these guys definitely like the haggling part of it made the experience even better. And gotta also mention the security guy at the door awesome job as well very friendly and even shook my hand on the way out. Best experience by far and would Most DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE
