Cynthia was extremely helpful. She was kind and patient. I was stressed out and she was reassuring and addressed my needs in a polite and friendly manner. She walked us through the process efficiently and with finesse. I highly recommend her and Metro's Powell location for excellent customer service.

David was top tier! Customer service was impeccable. You cannot improve the level of service with an employee this knowledgeable. He is literal goals any company would wish to have representing their brand. I went in with three kids, myself and my husband. Opened a family plan and David was so impressive. This man deserves corporate recognition.

I had a broke phone situation and David hooked me up with best offer I couldn't deny, even though he didn't need too. I first went to the happy valley location they had a stank attitude. Even tho the 82nd and powell is sketchy area. I will be going to this location over happy valley anytime.
