Rosanna and Michelle did an INCREDIBLE job helping me switch devices today. They were incredibly patient with me as well as everyone who came through the store. They helped me understand that using the mobile app allowed for an easier device transition as compared to the website which wanted me to switch plans. A few more difficult clients came through and even though they were put in difficult customer service situations, they handled each customer with respect and grace. GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE! 💖

Popped in on my lunch break to pick up a charger for my car. Barely acknowledged by the only employee. I really don’t mind waiting my turn. I understand being busy. However,
two men walked in after me and were served right away. I could not find any prices on the cables.
Employee was a young guy. Maybe shy, maybe needs some customer service training.
Guess I’ll be giving my business to Amazon.

stay away. they ruined my grandfather plan and now i lost amazon prime and vix premium. not even customer service could help undo what they did.
them indian’s talking in their language in front of customers is super bad and wrong. who knows what they said, proably because i didnt buy this screen protector or tablet.
also they added a 12$ phone insurance or whatever. like same on you. i spend a whole day fixing what i could. also being sim locked after i left

I stay around downtown Portland and I come all the way down to this location on Halsey because of the kind and courteous service I get! Michelle and her team is always helpful with going above and beyond. Best customer service around

Brandon helped resolve issues with Assurant’s defective replacement phone, which he didn’t have to do, but assisted anyway. Very nice customer service & his input helped accomplish being able to get a replacement phone.
