If I could help it I would never go to this Metro store again... Not only did I receive the worst customer service ever, the employees have no idea what they're doing. And they also say such terrible things in Spanish of customers that aren't Spanish. I just so happen to know some Spanish so they had no idea I knew what they were saying about me while smiling in my face and lying to my face. Not to mention they screwed up my service. I hope someone looks into this and hopefully get some better employees in there so that Metro by T Mobile customers feel better about being valued customers at Metro by T Mobile

I went to the store it's freaking disgusting. The people said me that the advertisement or plans which is online are not available at store. In store I need to pay full price of the phone and everything. But it's clearly mentioned that we can get free phone when we start new service with them. The people at store are very rude and they are trying to play with me and want me to buy phones at full retail price and when I ask them to let me speak with manager about this deals they refused me and told me they don't want to business with me. This is totally unacceptable. fake metro advertisement and fake deals and poor customer service. Bad carrier service I ever experienced.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I felt completely ripped off after being overcharged for changing my device and accessories. The staff, especially someone named RJ, was unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

This store are open to rob the customers. Useless people work at store i am very disappointed and i walk to store to checkout the free phones when we join metro but the person who help me RJ was so wired. When i am asking for free phones they are telling thats not a deal its only for existing customer for new customer we need to pay full prize plus services. I call to customer they said its free but the people at store just not working on their deals and when i ask breakdown or receipt or anything which i can see the prices and all they denied to help me. They are super rude. Disgusting experience. Waste of time.fake deals illiterate people working ruined my all day.

People at store are not easy to work with. They are useless better you will close the store. Bad experience. When I am trying to fix my plan they want me to call customer care when they sold me phone they told me to come here but now they won't do it. It's insane. Zero at customer service.

I entered the store with my partner. There were three workers, two Hispanics and one American, they treated us well and answered our questions very kindly, the problem was with a woman who apparently is in charge of the establishment who treated us in a somewhat arrogant manner, she barely treated us, if we had a question about the line change, she was only talking to one of the workers and didn't look at us at all. Maybe because we are immigrants, although taking into account that this lady is also an immigrant, I don't understand her attitude. Anyway, I'm sorry for the other three workers who have such an irritating and unempathetic boss.

I have been shopping this store for about 10 years and I have to admit I feel like I usually get the cold shoulder but today I met Luka ???? they are an amazing asset for your company., Outgoing and knowledgeable and they lights up the room. My boyfriend is not easy to deal with and Luka is now his favorite ? give that a raise!!;!
