Lexxi and Cassie Are amazing they both went above and beyond, especially Cassie! Lexxi made sure we got the best plans and deals for our family and Cassie helped us fix the phones when we came back to the store because there was an issue with one of the phones, but she was very efficient and pleasant! Totally 10/10 thank you Cassie!

I just wanted to say the store on 182nd is stellar, Cameron is a good and knowledgeable rep and. He helped me with upgrades I didn't even know I had. Great job Cameron!!!!!

I always had a great experience at this location. The people were always nice and very helpful. I had a very hard problem with my phone. I bought a new phone it came with a random number. & I switched to my old number. & some how my bank was being charged by metro PCS 2 times a month. They were very kind & helpful.

After going to 2 other locations, and not getting the help we needed, we walked into this location and was greeted by Patrick. He was fantastic. Very patient and customer focused. He helped my wife and I sign up 3 new lines of service and when we need more we will be coming back to see Patrick again.

Patrick is the only metro employee that me and my girlfriend will go to period. He's so knowledgeable and really fast and makes my life easy for us because we both loose, brake upgrade all the time we have been metro customers for years and years and years he should be running his own store.just always a pleasure to deal with. Patrick is awesome, and kind the best of the best man of his word very trustworthy. Had to travel to 3 metro by T-Mobile location before getting to Patrick location to get the iPhone 11 for the actual promotional price just other stores like the metro pcs on2510 SE 122nd AvePortland, OR 97236United StatesThey were trying to charge me 550 for 2 iPhone 11 when they are free if you switch They told me that they had to have at least add 100 of accessories to Activate that promotion And my man, Patrick once I arrived at his location, he was totally honest and gave me the right price. Very trustworthy and honest will definitely come again for more business at his location. Thank you, Patrick.
