Michaels Custom Framing provides excellent customer service with a very friendly and efficient team. The staff is happy, helpful, knowledgeable, and does not use high pressure sales tactics, helping customers find the right combination for their art. The manager goes the extra mile to make it a good experience. Customers find great stuff thanks to the stock and the guidance of the team, with particular praise for the silk flowers and holiday fare. The pride section is noted as growing every year. However, some reviews indicate the store may be struggling. The stock on-hand often seems light, with shelves more often empty than full, causing customers to make multiple stops for basic supplies. The store seems to be in limbo, with a light presence of in-person consumers and only a couple customer cars present. While it is nice to have one in the area, the current state is seen by some as more of a disservice than a service.

Stopped in for a browse, stock on-hand seemed light compared to previous visits. Seems to be an effect of the lightening of in-person consumers. Left w/o making any 'look, something shiny' purchases (which was more my norm in the past).
