Forced to leave the car in a line of 20+ cars because they don’t allow you to make a drop off appointment. They said 3-4 days. Called on 4th day and they said 5-6 days and that there were 26 cars ahead of me. Would be next week. Ended up just picking up the car. Waste of time driving back and forth and customer service guy was so over the top “nice” that it was rude. I’ve never heard of needing to leave your car for 2 weeks just to get it looked at.

I have had the best experience buying my mini cooper countryman from mini of Portland. The car runs like a champ but any time I have needs the mini of Portland service team is incredible. Derek has helped me numerous times and he is thorough and so friendly. Oil changes, vehicle maintenance, anything my car needs I’m thrilled to work them.

Avoid this place. Their sales are high pressure, classic up sale dealership. The service center seems woefully amateur. Their customer service is lack luster and with all of the contradictions in their service, not to mention super premium shop rates, I’d say give them a hard pass. If you really want a Mini, they have them, but if you’re not under warranty they treat you like dirt.

Exceptional experience, very prompt and professsional. Nate (service advisor) was great. Disappointed that there was not a technician available to diagnose a problem (Seat calibration required always pops up, even after I recalibrate.) I would not have booked the appointment on a Saturday if I had known this. It is a 3 hour drive, one way, to get to dealership, and I will need to do it again to have it looked at. Bummer.

I arrived and when I was informed that my car might take too long to drive home, I told my service rep that I live 40 minutes away. He jumped into gear and got me right in! I was able to drive home before closing. Amazing, friendly service.

Went in to get my oil change and Darryl was so helpful. I asked to wait and we talked about another thing that I needed checked on that was an issue. I am so glad I waited until my oil change because it was something that was going to cost me thousands out of pocket but Darryl let me know it was recently added to the warranty! Darryl was able to save me a trip and money, he had it taken care of during this visit! He even waved some other fees at the end making this trip from Vancouver on a Friday afternoon with crazy traffic all worth it! Thank you Darry, technician and Mini of Portland for taking care of me!

Honestly, the quality of Mini Coopers enticed me to purchase, and the quality of the service at Mini of Portland keeps me coming back for more. My family and I are now on our 3rd Mini from Mini of Portland!
