I had my car in the shop for a month! No fault of Mini, it was all waiting for my Warranty to agree to pay for the repairs. Nathan was so awesome! He was so kind about my situation and kept me up to date.By the time my car was ready ( and he went above and beyond with the repairs) I had decided to trade the car for another. The whole process was so smooth!! Sam and Bryn were very helpful and nice! This was a change I needed to make and they were so understanding!Everyone who works at Mini is amazingly friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend them!!!

What a great experience I had in MINI of Portland. Since my first contact, their service was excellent. Kim was fantastic taking me through the process of choosing the right car for me. She was friendly and super effective and made everything run smoothly from start to end.I will definitely do business with them again

I had a great experience with salesperson Alyssa Ramirez. She was candid about the history, condition and features of the 2017 MINI Cooper S two door, and not high pressure. The negotiation and purchase processes went smoothly. Recommended.

These guys have saved my buns twice on car issues and I couldn't recommend them enough. They're always kind and honesty do more than any dealership we have been through. The techs are amazing and our service guy Darrel is the best. Appreciate all of you and what you do. Thank you

I had researched to buy my mini for some time and finally the one that I wanted became available at Mini of Portland. I feel like they were not open about some of their practices. It's more than 6 months later and I still don't have a title. None of my emails or phone calls are returned. This has become a huge frustration when I was expecting a better dealer experience. In the negotiations my credit was also run about six or seven times. Without my knowledge until I got the notification from my credit agencies.I feel completely left out of the loop and concerned about the status of my car. Yet no one else seems to be concerned.

Recently bought a Mini Cooper SE from this dealership. Bob Citadinni was incredibly helpful as was Roger and Bradley. Even the parts person was helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They made buying a Mini a very pleasant experience.

This experience was top notch! The first interaction was a phone call to sales regarding the car I was interested in. Sam answered every question and was friendly. I decided to go there first. I was traveling from Central Oregon. Upon arrival we walked in and were greeted and directed to Sam. Sam is a no pressure, disarming, friendly, personable and professional salesman. Everything he had said on the phone about the car was exactly what I experienced on the test drive. I really appreciated that! Then we went to work getting financing. He stayed hopeful right along with me. Once all the details worked out, I went to sign all the papers. He too was thorough in all communication and relaxed, and when all was done. I walked out with my barely used 2012 Lexus. Thanks Mini staff for an exceptional experience buying a used car, and Sam for being an outstanding salesman!

Mini of Portland is incredible! Zack Ruhs is the best and most knowledgeable sales associate I have ever worked with. Not only is Zack personable, but he is very genuine and honest. This is hard to find in the automotive world from my experiences. I've purchased two cars from Zack and traded in another. He will go the extra mile in making sure your experience and purchase is seamless. Go buy a car from Zach. He gets it.

I posted this review on Google but I'm going to repost here just because of how awesome my experience was!My review:I had these guys code my JCW Pro Exhaust and everything went well! I was a bit nervous since the online service scheduler was only able to let me schedule a 20 minute appointment. All of my nerves were eased the moment I walked in the service department and Nathan greeted me warmly. I had several questions regarding various elements of my Mini and Nathan gave me solid responses to all my inquiries. All of the employees I encountered at Mini of Portland were very low-key and easygoing. I felt no adverse pressure. Jeff at the parts counter was another employee who made my day!If anybody else is unsure about the JCW Pro Exhaust coding, I highly recommend coming to Mini of Portland and have them set you up! Also, bring your car first thing in the morning and you'll be less likely to encounter any issues with scheduling - not that you are going to have any issues here at Mini of Portland!

I was a previous mini owner and went in to just see what they had to offer. No real intention of purchasing a new mini that day.I worked with Tyler. He was wonderful. He wasn’t like most other salespeople who hunt you down and are pushy. I don’t even think he tried to sell me the mini. Lol. He just listened to what I liked, laughed off cars that he knew I wouldn’t like, or were out of my budget, and then found one that was a great fit for me and in my price range. His no pressure mentality and sense of humor definitely made the car buying experience well worth it. I will gladly be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later to add another one to the driveway so this one doesn’t get lonely.

Kudos to Ms Bradley. We came in to just try sitting in a convertible and agreed to test drive a Clubman. That particular unit wouldn't work for us and she was as gracious as could be. As an aside, I asked if they came with a manual transmission. She remembered one that had just come in and NOT had time for prep. As you can guess, we ended up buying that one. They completed prep in a very reasonable time and we took delivery. There followed a few minor bobbles; every one addressed to our satisfaction and beyond. Bryn, and Roger (the GM) also contributed to a great experience. They also host meetings for the Oregon MINI Society and actively support MINI drivers and the MINI community.MINI can be proud of how MINI of Portland represents the company and the brand.

I love my mini and purchasing two over the last eight or so years from this dealership - that went just fine. But SERVICE is horrible. They charge you for things that are covered under extended plan. If you don't catch it and point it out --they are happy to keep your money. I finally did get my credit card reimbursed for the extra charge. The wait is so long every time you drop off for service. You make an appointment in advance and then get there early or on time -- and have to wait so long at checkin. I dread going to this place for service. Dread. Literally stood there for 25 minutes to check in for oil change. Other associates standing around not jumping in to help or takeover to move clients in and out quickly. It's a horrible system and my next car will not be a mini if they don't change things in service.

Zero Stars. Dishonesty is built in to this car dealership through and through. They royally messed up what could have been a simple, cash purchase and junker trade-in. Because they failed to submit Title paperwork to the DMV. More like, they ignored to completely. *Aren't DMV liasons at dealerships supposed to be licensed or something? And It took a whole year and of multiple calls to DMV, a complaint filed and an investigation to finally get our actual title in hand. Then 2 years later, I find out they never submitted the trade in DMV/title paperwork either! So now some other customer is going through the same thing I went through last year.Okay so also, they charged us several hundred dollars for some ridiculous tracking device... that wasn't ever installed, they had no intention of installing it. Again, multiple attempts to register the thing, calls to the company, only to be told, sorry it's not actually IN there. And, here's the thing. This should have been a straightforward purchase. I swear though, our salesman Frances kept us there for seven hours, and took at least ten trips to the "manager's office". I get that this is a common dealership manipulative sales tactic, but he didn't need to. We had already agreed on a price, he had the sale. What was that all about. When it was apparent that they had gotten us into a vehicle title fiasco, customer service reps, sales managers, receptionists, DMV liasons, and EVERYONE at lithia were constantly telling me lies, shifting the blame, making promises they never intended to keep. I mean, the amount of time they spent giving me the run-around was far more, by orders of magnitude, than if they had just done their job. This place has a culture of dishonesty built-in to it.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
