Absolutely Terrible. Has to spend another $500 to correct what he messed up. On top of that I got it back with a broken headlight assembly that was had a clear attempt to cover up his tracks. He had my car for almost 2mos and I kid you not he went on vacation and locked up my car with the top of the motor disassembled. If you take my advice and run you would be the only thing running from there. BEWARE

Have taken all 5 of my vehicles to Ben over many years. Excellent work on your car or truck. Very knowledgable.Service with a silent. He can figure out problems othe mechanics can't. He replaced 2 engines in our older vehicles which run like new vehicles. Reasonable fair prices. Will get parts from u pull it if you can't afford a new one. Honest quotes. Will always call if another problem is discovered a d let's you make the decision how to proceed. Love this guy and his faithful service@

This has been my mechanic since 2014 and I'll be the first to tell you that he is an honest man. I appreciate how he finds the problem quickly and efficiently. He does not try to get extra from you, therefore he has my business always.

I had a problem with the alternator which I had no idea. I gave Mitchell's Automotive a call, and he had it towed to his shop and fixed it. He seems to be an honest guy. I now take my car there for periodic maintenance such as oil change, etc. to make sure the car does not die on me again.

people should stay out of this auto repair place never give out estimate and sometime doing the work and can't get done for customer than try to push customers away with unfinished jobs. I asked him do you know how to flush the mercedes radiator he say yes after all my say my radiator hose is not good need to replace then he make me buy a new one he says is soft it no good then i have to pay new one but when the new one came its just the same as my new one. I did report to the bbb. i did also report him to the department of financial and they have warn him already. one of the vietnamese lady brought a lexus and asked him to change the sparks plug he did not have all the tool need to get the job done he also doing it and left the lady with 2 spark plug unchange and tried to make her go away to another place but she did not know how to report him. i hope any other have come to him with the same situation please report. thanks
