Why is this listed as a 'super' anything. Just drove 8 miles for the tiniest walmart I've ever been to.

I would like to thank Versa for being an awesome employee. Today, Christmas Eve, is hectic for the average person. Not Versa. She was kind, professional and polite. You do t see old fashion customer service values like that Versa displayed and I really appreciate it. On top of it the store closed early due to a faulty sprinkler that set off fire alarm. Versa attempted to make it possible so my grandkids could get the bikes I was in line to purchase but management said "no"! However I thank her for trying!

Be kind to the employees at this store. They go through so much just to make a less than live able wage. In my experience everyone there is as helpful as they can be especially considering the environment they have to work under.

Do not go here. I used to work across the street and helped this location be built. Back then, things were great. Now, it's literally a war zone. They have multiple armed guards and k-9's, like a small police force. I assume they don't like closing stores and losing presence to Amazon but at some point you have to see there isn't a winning scenario. The location is unsafe and has gone way down hill. Also, they close at 10pm now but don't seem to have the ability to update the website. I work for a very large corporation and I can update my location info in 10 seconds. This store needs to close and relocate

Store is in a troubled area lots and lots and I means LOTS of security guards. I felt safe there because everyone was friendly. There are security that walk around the whole store and I ask them where stuff is and they were pretty knowledgeable. Where are the normal staff tho? Does Walmart just not know how to use indeed? Friendly, safe place. Needs more employees. Customer service is always closed at inconvenient times.

I shop here frequently because this location is close to my home. I purchased a $25 gift card for my daughter in law. A couple weeks later looked it up online because I couldn't remember how much I had put on the card. I then noticed the card had not been "loaded"!!! I brought the card back with my receipt, to prove it had not been loaded when I made the purchase. They said the card had a different number than the card on the receipt? I don't understand how this happened? I spoke with two different managers the one big giant guy with a beard promised me he'd have his security look back at the timestamp dated on the receipt so I can prove to them that I am not a criminal nor am I trying to get $25 from Walmart. I also only make $20 an hour so I had to work over an hour to purchase that card and now it doesn't work? I never got a phone call back as promised. I left all my information, Security never looked at the footage to prove that I purchased the card. I realize there's a lot of crime in this area and all of Portland in general I am not a thief nor my criminal I work hard for my money and I will not be ripped off by fucking Walmart so needless to say I will never shop there again fuck you Walmart

Customer service closed. Security personnel everywhere. Crappy neighborhood full of homeless and drug addicts. Did I mention no one helps with questions because there are more security than employees.

I've actually never written a yelp review before in my life, so the fact that I have created an account just to leave this here should speak for itself. I have never had a more disappointing customer service experience in my life. It all started out when I was ordering some simple double-sided invitations. I ordered online, and the order was quickly fulfilled within a few hours (yay!). The pickup process was simple, and I was on my way home quickly. However, upon arriving home and looking at the invites, they were printed backward. I decided to reorder the cards and call the service desk prior to printing to make sure they were going to print them correctly. The man who answered the phone said the main printing department employee was busy with a customer. He took my name and phone # down and said I would be called as soon as he was done. I reiterated that I wanted to make sure the invites did not get printed until I had spoken to him about them. 30 minutes later, I still hadn't received a phone call, so I called back again. The same man answered the phone and said the employee was busy with a different customer and would call back ASAP. I reiterated to please not print the order until I had spoken with him. Another 30 minutes and no phone call later, I received an email that my order HAD BEEN PRINTED. I decided to just go to the store instead, and talk to the photo department in person. When I get there, the man who had been answering my previous phone calls was at the desk. When I asked to see the newly printed cards, there they were, printed the exact same incorrect way. At this point, I ask to speak to the man who was supposed to be giving me a callback, and I was told he had left 2 HOURS AGO, meaning I was waiting for no one to call me back. Frustrated, I decided to just ask for a refund. The man behind the counter said that he does not process returns at this desk and that I would need to go to the customer service desk. While I was being helped at the customer service desk, one of the Walmart employees that had just gotten off of work interrupted the transaction, because he had just bought a bottle of barbecue sauce and someone in the breakroom apparently smashed it (?!?) The man proceeds to cut in front of me at the desk, place all of his barbecue sauce-covered groceries on the counter, and demand a replacement. The best part? The employees make me wait, and help him instead! Finally, after another 15 minutes at the desk, the department manager comes to the desk and says that she cannot process my return because it is an online order. I would need to call the 1-800 Walmart number to get refunded. At this point, I'm just furious. I drive home and call the number to get my refund, as these cards weren't cheap by any means. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak with someone, a representative comes on the phone. He is able to process one of the returns. When I give him the number for the second order, he states that he won't be able to refund it, even though it is identical to the first one. I asked why, and he stated that there was a disconnect and that the refund would need to be processed AT THE PHOTO DESK. I ask if he can look into this further, as it doesn't make any sense how he could process one but not the other. He proceeded to call the customer service desk at the store I had been at, and they told him that they aren't sure who told me to call the customer service number, as refunds are always processed at the store. Basically, the 1-800 guy gets back on the line and tells me I'm SOL and will have to GO BACK to the photo department in the morning to have a refund processed. To this Walmart, I am truly disappointed, as I had to waste 5 hours of my day on something that should have been pretty simple. To other customers- do NOT shop here. It's not worth it. I would give -10 stars if I could.

Me and my family had been bike hunting for hours now, and we decided to check out Walmart to see if we could find anything we liked. We never usually found anything we liked before but today we did! But all thanks to a WORKER at the store, we couldn't get it. He rushed over too grab the bike out of my dads hands, and claimed that it had a problem and was making noises. EVERY BIKE MAKES THAT NOISE. (The click kind of sound when you move it.) He took it away without us being able to say anything.

We just walked in, went straight to the produce center, but hubby forgot our grocery bag, when I spotted a clerk, I asked him if they have any orchids. He took me there, so I followed him. I told him, they're probably on sale, since it's after Valentine's Day. But, there's still my birthday! He asked when is it. I told him. We were just chatting, while we walked to the end of the store. I found them! I asked the man, watering them, 2x if they were on sale. The clerk, must have heard me talking to the man, he came back to scan one of them. I guess, they were NOT on sale. Then he said: "I'll give it to you special price. It will be on Register #10, when you check out. I asked him, if he's the manager, he said he is! (Thank you! You made my day!) So, we continue to shop. Another clerk, asked us, if we needed help. We got two clerks trying to help us find what we needed. A few minutes later, Clerk #1 (manager) saw me and handed me a receipt for my orchid, with the Special Price. I was so happy! We were here in January, I don't remember being treated like today!
