Would have given 5 stars, but when warehouseman placed the item in my pick up he slid it over the closed tailgate then dropped let it drop.I thought that was a pretty move that had a good possibility of damaging the product. Luckily it wasn't damaged.

This review is for the warehouse, not for the actual stores. I had the worst experience when it came to picking up our table from the warehouse. Waited more than 3 months to pick up the table and kept telling me they are having issues with shipments. After much waited, they confirmed my table was ready for pick up. Went down there and waited and then finally informed me that the table that they have was already installed and returned by another customer who did not like the table. After inspecting, I declined due to some minor scratches and told that I wanted a new table that is not opened and installed. They told me that their next shipment would come the next week and they would deliver it for free. After much back and forth, I agreed and the following week, I got message and scheduled for delivery. A day before the table was scheduled for delivery, I got a call saying that the table they have again is the same table that I rejected. At this point, I was mad and I cancelled the order. Thankfully, they did okay in refunding my money which I paid them more than 3 months ago.

We went back to Mor after 7 years, and as always we have no complaints. Even though, we had a different sales person his name is Martin, he helped us every step of the way, can't wait to get my new mattress... we totally recommend Mor and if you go, just ask for Martin, he will help you to find exactly what you need.

We both a dining table and love it how ever we got some other furniture from the sale area and they were broken and to make it better we also got a carpet and wen the man was taking it down rip the carpet and he said the is why is sheep

Picking up our furniture was such a s*** show. After all the back and fourth, they still sent us home with the wrong item. This pretty much ruins me ever wanting to visit MOR again for any type of furniture in the future.

I only did a pickup here for a family member, but it was a pleasant experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. This location is quite a bit off the beaten path, but I enjoyed driving here nonetheless.

They have trailers and pallet racks stored straight across from their docks making it a serious pain to get in. Then to top it off they have one end of their lot blocked off so you have to back all the way from the open end if you don't want to blind side into the dock.

I would give zero stars if I could. As someone who is a distributor there is absolutely no reason that I should be waiting over 30 minutes to pick up a simple sofa. Disappointed with customer service to say the very least.

Picking up was a bad experience because it was very slow. I’m likely to hit traffic now because of how long it takes. Only one customer gets helped at a time, regardless of there being multiple capable people in the office. I called ahead to confirm my pickup today. Waited being one other customer at the counter for 20 minutes in the office. Then waited 40 more minutes outside. Rather ridiculous…fingers crossed this couch is worth the hassle.

Gave us the completely wrong bed set, when I called to speak to someone at the warehouse I get routed to their automated 866 number. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes now and STILL haven’t spoke to a live person. Why arent your direct numbers posted anywhere for situations like this? I had to drive 1.5 hrs to pick this all up, now to only have to return and get the correct piece I should have been given to begin with?

Fantastic people a little slow on unloading my load but it ran into their lunch time which I understand ?.
