Would have more stars if they dealt fairly with their worker's union. The workers make the place!

Friendly staff and a clean store with good variety. I really like the location and how it utilizes a good usage of space in its neighborhood.

I love New Seasons! It’s a beautiful store, with products laid out to keep you interested in looking at everything! The quality of products are worth the time, effort and money! The deli food is very good! High quality, fresh and great tasting! It’s like a fun get away for me! I could spend hours in there!

It's always a joy to shop here when I can. Usually, shop at my neighborhood New Seasons Market Raleigh Hills, which I love too. And I just shopped there last night. Found some beautiful holiday/Christmas cards and all my favorite food items. They have so many cute ornaments and gifties for family and friends.Plan to.buy most of them there.

Parking isn't great. Prices are a little high. Great pastries. Produce is fresh. Good salad bar. Very friendly staff.

Great place. Love that they have added more stores. Wish Tillamook had one. Recommended.

I had one of their coupons about to expire and was able to tuck into this location before closing to grab a pile of odds and ends. I managed to spend under $45 somehow...oh wait, I mostly avoided the bakery! Their desserts at any location are just dangerously delicious. I appreciated being able to grab quite a few on sale items. I was a bit disappointed that they had far less "stuff" than the other stores. I am just a huge fan of all their unique household items but I get it - this location seems like it is a bit smaller and also in a more heavy for theft area perhaps and they also have a lot less of most things it seemed, or less alternatives for items. The parking lot is not very big and I seemed to be in the store when it was not very busy so you might want to be mindful when to drop in. I did love the murals in the parking lot and that the store and lot are sort of tucked off to the side of a bustling area. The garage has cover but there is an open space between where you park and the store so know that as we move into the Portland rain season. This location also seems t not have much for a floral section when you are entering the store.

What you are reading is my experiences at this location as well as Woodstock. Since both experiences are very similar I decided to write about both together. The experiences also are the very reason I am sharing. From the moment I entered the venue I was not greeted by "hello" "can I help you with anything" instead glaring eyes and looks of concern. I was followed around from here on. Not right next to me but just a little ways off. Close enough to see my every move yet back enough where they felt I wouldn't notice.Insulting my intelligence probably bothers me the most. Being perceived as a problem for the store really bothers me also. Guess it's hard to choose which is worse. Looking up the isle heading for the check stands and seeing an associate running towards the other door as to stop me from stealing is just ridiculous. And pretty funny. Almost as funny as when my food was taken only to have me go and pay for it.Which I would never have purchased it after being treated so horribly but if I hadn't then they would have felt justified in their actions. Plus the look on her face after I made the purchase was worth every penny!Today though at this location I chose to just leave. After the dirty look and the up and down evaluation of my worth I'd had enough. Before getting so upset I say things I will regret or becoming disrespectful myself I left. Not that any associate or manager at New Season Market will care about any of this, if anyone even reads it, let alone stop and think before they make another customer feel this way. Or that I will never shop here again. But if any associate so happens to care about every customer no matter if they spend $5 or $500 as you should. Please try to think before you make someone feel completely unwelcome and have other customers thinking that this person doesn't belong. Pack mentally happens very fast. And feelings are hurt even faster.Respectfully,Justin RitzDisrespected and shunned customer

All of the employees here walked out in outrage this last weekend. And talking to them I learned that they did it because New Seasons has given THIS store a more strict and punitive attendance policy than the other stores. WHY??? because this store is unionized, and thus are being punished. and the company will not bargain with them...not really interested in supporting this company anymore...

I've shopped New Seasons since it's inception and never regretted it. The fresh baked french bread alone is worth the trip. Soo yummy. The employees are amazing n the meat n produce very fresh. If you're a senior citizen or military, there are discount days, which help.

this store goes out of its way to humiliate people with disabilities. I can't drive and have to walk to get groceries, so I have a small wagon to help me get stuff home. I was singled out a few weeks ago and told I am not allowed to bring it in anymore, no one can bring in anything that's from outside to help shop (including supposedly BABY STROLLERS).fine, I started parking my wagon inside the front of the store and asking occasionally if they were still enforcing this discriminatory policy, and they all kept saying "yeah,. store policy, we treat everyone the same". today I wasn't even planning on asking, but I walked in and there was a couple with a large baby stroller doing their thing, so I asked the cashier hopefully "can I use my wagon again?" and the cashier replies "I don't know, talk to a manager".the manager walks over and says "you apparently have feedback about our policies?" and I say "well, yeah, i have for weeks, but that's not what I'm asking, I just want to know if I am allowed to bring my wagon in again" and she says "no, personal shopping bags and accessories are not allowed in the store".I reply "the reason I am asking is because I was told my wagon and baby strollers aren't allowed but that you were going to be 'discussing' it and there's a stroller over there" and she says "I'm not going to discuss the stroller"so I respond "okay, so to be clear, y'all ARE still going to be discriminating against people who can't drive and have to have shopping aids""friendliest store in town". so I park my wagon, grab the three items I need, pay for them, and start to head out and she comes back over and says "for your information, we are not going to be changing the policy, it's final, and if you want to continue to shop here, don't ask about it again"once i picked my jaw up off the floor I asked where the ... heck... this had come from. she replied that "when you ask about this, you make our cashiers uncomfortable"my dude, all i have ever asked is if you're still enforcing this discriminatory policy. she says "they feel uncomfortable when you ask that, it's disrespectful"i would ordinarily just stop shopping there, but unfortunately fred meyer's selection of produce isn't great for non-standard items and there's no one else within 3 miles that carries the stuff I need.SHAME ON YOU, NEW SEASONS.

Despite the grocery store being open until 11, the doors to it from the underground garage you’re supposed to park in close at 10, leaving you with no way to enter the store other than walking up the curved ramp of the parking garage, which is ridiculously sketchy at night. Do you want your customers to be run over??? It’s their prerogative to close whenever they want, but what’s the point of closing the only way people can get to their cars an hour early? Does it help you that much to close one door???

I go there just for the floss dr tungs. Some things are a little pricey, like Fred Meyers is just around the corner, and some of the same things are like $2-$3 cheaper.

Needed some local honey for my allergies. They had some without a fancy label for $6.99! Cheaper than the average grocery store!
