Everybody is always really nice here. I never feel like an inconvenience. If I have to ask somebody something and they’re always just genuinely really nice :-)

This New Seasons location is in the trendy Williams area, surrounded by retail stores, residential buildings, and various eateries. The interior is warm & inviting, with a full deli section that offers ready made dishes. The associates are friendly & helpful.

The store itself was very clean and organized. However, I was extremely turned off by the way I was treated by an employee. While down in aisle I was checking my basket to make sure I had grabbed one of the products I needed. While rearranging what was in my basket a employee came up to me and asked me to take products out of my purse that I didn't pay for and even went as far as opening my purse in my cart to make sure I was being truthful, when I told him I did not put anything in my purse. It was extremely embarrassing and just downright rude. I was not stealing and when he realized this he said "Oh I thought you took some of our products" and walked away. After that he watched me through every aisle I walked down AND stood about 10 feet from the u-scan I used. At that point I told the cashier I wasn't going to purchase anything except for the medicine which I couldn't wait until later to purchase somewhere else all because of this guy. I will not be going back to that location.

It was my first time and I would love to come back soon for my groceries. They hold a high standard for their produce, fruits, and deli. I got some good wines, and groceries done in less than 10mins. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I love to be back soon

The freshness of produce/products here is surprisingly BAD! On more than one occasion i've bought a bag of potatoes, only to come home to find that every potato in the bag is rotten! This happens a lot with avocados, and even the ground beef I bought the other day, appears brand new, but on the lower side the meat is all brown! They used the days old meat and repacked it with the "new" meat! Pretty nasty man, hard to trust!

I love new seasons. Most of all of them are super easy to shop and the staff are also nice! Maybe the nicest grocery store staff in the USA

NOT CYCLISTS -FRIENDLY anymore.Told me i couldn't shop into my upright trailer then check out like I do everywhere else.Didn't have a place to secure it safely either. If i had locked that up with my cable lock outside, it would be cut and gone before I got back out there.I had to walk out and will no longer be able to shop there (and when i got home, unsubscribed from their ad emails).Folks at Whole Foods down the street don't blink twice when I shop on it,so headed there instead.I have noticed fewer and fewer bikes at the racks at New Seasons as I ride by often...maybe their attitude towards us is the reason.

My favorite New Seasons in portland. The staff here is incredible. Good beer and wine selection, and you can almost always find someone to help you pick. They sell fresh curry leaves as well just ask one of the produce workers.

Nice little neighborhood market. Helpful staff, friendly clerks and lovely flowers. Bakery looked attractive, so much so that I picked up a couple of Marion berry hand pies which were delicious and not too sweet. They mailed out a $5 coupon which was helpful in getting me there... good job guys! If I didn't live in California, I would definitely return.

New Seasons sold out in 2019 to a huge overseas corp Since then the prices have gone up and the services offered have nose dived into soggy pre made sandwiches that cost as much as you'd pay for a sandwich in any restaurant.

Great quality items for the most part, unfortunately I was implied to be a thief after going to switch for a less full of the same item. The cashier then repeated word for word the first thing he said but slower. The only reason I could grasp is that they think I am taking tags of frozen meat products, or I’m d**** Very easy to tell the the Assistant Manager plans to do nothing but mention it to his cashier. Will be talking to the store manger.

Snobby and rude employees. Two cashiers on Saturday morning talking down about the customers that just paid for their items and left before me. Real classy. Prices are high on items you can buy much cheaper anywhere else. Why do people shop here..? I for one will not be returning!
