New $ea$on$ employee$ (customer facing) are wonderful people. The po$itively i$sane price gouging the management engages in, however, i$ outright brutal. You can get better quality produce at Natural Grocers for somewhere between 75% and 50% of the price that you can generally get them at New $ea$on$. The fact that the company i$ rabidly anti-union i$ clear call out of their corruption - for the revenue they must produce on products with what must be 90% to 60% margin$ (I know I do direct orders from grocery suppliers) - they should ea$ily be able to pay their employee$ what UPS pays their$. I'm sure they don't. Their target audience is upper middle class Karens that will pay whatever price they have to pay to have servile and freckless wage slaves to do their bidding, but they occupy critical space that could be used for a grocery store that actually provides reasonable products at reasonable prices.

If I could give the seasfood department a 0 stars I would! I've always gone to get a bag of frozen mussels. And they told me that, they never have them frozen and sell them that way. Even though I've been getting them here for a year now. I told them that and they still said no you don't get them from here.... Customers service gets a solid 0.

Well it's been a hot few YEARS since I found myself in this particular location of New Seasons. It's very very small compared to my walkable NS store. Things aren't necessarily in the same places I'm used to finding them (like my Tom Bumble is in the candy/chocolate aisle, not at every checkout,) and some items just don't have a large selection like I'm used to. BUT there was a much better selection of Sock it to Me!! And I love me some Sock it to Me socks!!! The store is friendly, convenient to my lash salon and I got my chocolate so I was happy!! It's just SO small that it's hard to navigate.

I don't understand this place.. One day the hot food bar is open, the next it's closed.. no reason posted or any sort of schedule. One employee said it was due to staffing.. seriously? One of the most expensive grocery stores "can't afford" to staff their stores? During a period of the highest grocery prices/profits in history (irrespective of the cost of goods ?). If it was possible I would eat lunch here everyday and dinner 3 to 4 nights a week, but I guess that's not possible ?. Staff your store or get rid of the stations you "can't afford"(?bulls***). Lame.. (for context.. it's 6pm)Update: So today 10/30/23 they opened the hot bar for lunch but now it's closed again 2hrs later at 545pm.. Would really be nice if there was some sort of schedule posted.. They say that "hope it returns to it's normal hours soon" but it's been 6 months so it doesn't seem like anyone actually cares to do anything. Waste of time..

I always feel New Seasons is an over priced , and some items are, but for the most part some of the stuff that I get from here is found nowhere else or atleast not as good as New seasons . Not to mention they have a large variety of unique items for all food allergies, diets, etc. This store is a little secluded and since I do most of my grocery runs late evening ,the parking lot does feel deserted at times .But having said that I want to mention that if in case you like doing your grocery shopping in a quite and not too crowded store - you will love this location . I really like the food bar and the bakery sections , heaven for people with some restrictive diets . I was GF for a few years and always had New seasons to go to if cravings for desserts ever struck . Lots of great wine selection and the employees are always happy to give more details in case you are curious or interested . I also like the bulk bins section because that gives me an option to buys small quantities of ingredients that I don't use very often . The flowers are gorgeous and aptly priced.

This once-great grocery store has undergone significant changes since I started shopping here in the late '90s. Initially founded by former employees of Natures Northwest, this exceptional grocery store was, at one point, mostly employee-owned. However, due to acquisitions and a prevailing sense of apathy, it has descended into chaos, now a mere shadow of its former self with a lackluster hot bar and dispirited deli/butcher shop employees. If you're seeking an experience reminiscent of the original NSM, I recommend visiting the one in Tualatin. However, if you're in the mood for a depressing scene, this store might provide just that.

Excellent customer service. I learned they were going to stop stocking my favorite beverage because it will no longer be made. I emailed them to give them suggestions for replacements and they let me sample a new beverage for free so I can find a new favorite beverage to keep me caffeinated. That was above and beyond for me.

So overpriced. I do like their "bake at home" garlic bread so that's pretty much all I purchase there. An EMERGENCY ONLY kind of store....well, unless you have unlimited funds.

Very disappointed and embarrassed. I needed 4 sandwiches for a luncheon. Intended to buy them at the deli, but the deli staff directed me to the already-made sandwich case, saying they’d been freshly made that morning (this was 10;00 AM). I bought 4 turkey/soft cheese for $8.49 each. When I served them 1 hour later, the bread was so dry, I had to apologize to my guests. We separated them and ate them open-face because they were so dry. The turkey and cheese were fine, the arugula was limp and almost slimy, so we picked it off. I was embarrassed, and really surprised to have such a poor experience at New Seasons. I won’t buy sandwiches here again.

While a little pricey. You would be hard pressed to find better quality meat and produce. Plus they have a great cheese area for those that like something more than Tillamook Cheddar.

Shopping there is ok as far as content. They didn’t have salad rolls, maybe they could pay more attention to stock. It would be great if people of color were treated by the staff equally to caucasiens. This is an ongoing issue I have observed on many occasions in this store.
