Awesome store no doubt, but the service is severely lacking. Walked around for about 10 minutes with zero greeting and zero help. I even stood next to the clothing and shoes I was curious about but nada…Ended up leaving. ?♀️

You can see a collection of past Air Jordans. You can also see many original products from Portland and products made in collaboration with universities in Oregon. As expected, it is the birthplace of Nike. It's worth going once

This store used to be amazing but I believe due to theft, it's really gone downhill. I was visiting Portland and dropped by the store to look around. Asked the salesperson on the third floor what the price was for a pair of sneakers. Decided to buy them but when I went to the cashier on the first floor, was told the price is now 50% more. What's going on with this store?

Ivan was fabulous! We needed to try a few different sizes and he was patient and kind. The shoes we picked are perfect! The store itself is quite large and all of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The store is now closed permanently because of the idiots in charge of running the city, local government… I hope everyone voting for these morons now realize that all the stores are leaving their area and crime. Will continue to get worse and poverty will continue to increase . You now lost one of the best retail stores in Portland…

I want to start by saying that I have always been a fan of the Nike brand and have a deep appreciation for Portland, a city I hold dear. However, my recent visit to the Nike store in Portland left me quite disappointed due to an unfortunate encounter with a sales staff member.Upon entering the store, I was excited to explore the wide range of Nike products and potentially make a purchase. Unfortunately, the enthusiasm quickly turned into frustration as I encountered a sales staff member, who is an mid-aged African American woman.I was browsing the kids' shoes section(FYI: my foot is quite small like teens) and, in an attempt to find the right fit, I decided to try on a pair of shoes. Because no one paid attention to us, me and my wife at that time, we had no choices but tried it by ourselves. To my surprise, suddenly the staff member appeared and seemed irritated when she noticed me trying on the shoes without her assistance. Plus, she assumed that I was not wearing socks and she pointed it out. She proceeded to reprimand me, stating that shoes on display were not meant to be tried on without asking and that I should have requested her help. Oh man, she never tried to help us and never looked us before I tried on it!I was taken aback by her tone and approach. I was wearing socks at the time, and her insistence on these rules felt more like scolding than customer service. Furthermore, I would have welcomed her assistance in finding the right size or discussing the features of the shoes, but she never asked about my preferences. It seemed as though her primary intent was to reprimand rather than assist. Her demeanor was reminiscent of a kindergarten teacher chastising a misbehaving child. This encounter left me feeling uncomfortable, unwelcome, and even questioned my decision to visit the store in the first place.Thankfully, another staff member helped me finally. This staff provided the kind of customer service I had hoped for - helpful, attentive, and understanding. They helped me find a suitable pair of shoes, proving that positive interactions with customers can truly make a difference. In summary, my experience at the Nike store in Portland, Oregon, was marred by the encounter with the sales staff member. While my loyalty to the Nike brand and love for Portland remain intact, this incident has left a negative impression on me. I hope that the management takes note of such instances and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or appearance.

As soon as you enter your greeted by the casual but cool security that you might mistake for models. I usually head right upstairs and stare at the entire Air Jordan Showcase that wraps the entire second floor before seeing the new Lebron / Hype wall.I'll skip over the other nearby Nike store's to get to this one even just for an exchange/return.

I love shopping at this Nike store! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of products. The store is clean and well-organized, and the prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the attention to detail in the displays and the overall shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Literally went in to buy 4 items. Once I stepped outside and checked receipt it was 5 items. We were charged for something that wasn't even in our bag as well as the price was different from all the other items in the bag. So where apparently is the item she charged but never put in the bag??Went back, she was so nice by the way and was saying oh I probably charged you 2x on an item.Another person stepped in and said they got us and we went to them to get the Charge off. Literally the person and another behind the desk were eyeing the woman that first scanned my items. Like this wasn't the first time.I didn't catch her name - but she's African American/Black.Never going here again. Oh and pants I bought here for $120 literally ripped

Drove from Seattle to Portland, came into the store and asked if my 8 year old son could use the bathroom. Employee working said no we don't have a bathroom. As I looked at him thinking he was being sarcastic I asked " you don't have a bathroom in this building that my 8 year old son can use? Where do you go?" He starred at me again and said no. Mind you I had 1,000$ dollars ready to drop on shoes and clothes for my 8 year and my 14 year and myself. I guess Adidas is looking good right about now.

I got helped by IVAN. He mentioned the review but since I was in a rush & leaving out of state that night I didn’t have time to. I just got back & the survey page didn’t let me do it. So here I am giving credit to IVAN for good customer service. He helped me save 10% also!
