Mike Noble is a master Mercedes mechanic who is 100% honest and an absolute joy work with. I cannot say enough good about the experience provided by Mike & Cindy at Noble Motors. I have an older Sprinter that needed driver door adjustment, slider door fix, and a general service. Mike did a terrific job with it while keeping my informed all through the process. He has a very deep knowledge of Mercedes, and is just one of those mechanics who knows 'the right way' to do a given job on a given Mercedes vehicle. A person only gets that by consistently working hard to do a good job today, and get a little better today. Mike is one of those folks, and he's been doing this for decades. Mike and Cindy are also both very friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. Great communications.

Fortunately, Mike and Cindy at Noble Motors were highly recommended to me, after several other repair people had struck out offering a solution to my Sprinter Van's engine losing power, and then it was not able to start or run. My Van's check engine light was on and a code check included "Fuel Rail/System Pressure – Too Low" result. Before talking to Mike, the only possible solution that was offered involved a long "tow" and wait for 6 weeks until March for service, where I was told that the most likely scenario was the expensive option of pulling the fuel tank. After explaining the factors in my situation to Mike, he very astutely explained the idiosyncratic operation of the Sprinter fuel "gauge". The Espar space heater in my van had resulted in the fuel gauge being inaccurate, and I had simply run out of fuel. All I needed to do was add 4-5 gallons of fuel, purge the system as he directed, and THE VAN STARTED RIGHT UP. I drove the van in to the Noble Motors shop for an appointment, where they cleared the codes and turned off the check engine light. After all of this invaluable help, they even declined payment. Both Mike and Cindy are fantastic, helpful people. Their incredible expertise is worth its weight in gold, and they now have a solid future customer who is totally thankful he found them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is an answer to prayer! I have been going to see Mike with my car since my extended warranty ran out. Was in Portland getting my Sprinter Van concerted to a camper at Van Specialties and had a engine light come on. Noble was recommended so I called. They stayed open till 5:30 so they could have a look at it. They hooked it up to their computer, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix and had us on our way in 20mins.

Called for information and the woman I spoke to was rude and uninviting and had no knowledge of service on my Mercedes. Transferred me to a man, who was also unpleasant. Their prices seemed fair but I will gladly pay more and get my car services elsewhere

Such a great place to take you sprinter van! Mike is amazing and his staff is as nice as they can be! The only place I trust my sprinter to come to, and the only place that does as high quality work as Mercedes but doesn't charge like they do!
