This business and business owner Steven Townsend Filed taxes incorrectly with errors. Then proceeds to get irrate and accuse me of not paying when i call to inform him of the errors and that i have to have that year amended by another accountant. I surely paid in full to find out depreciation was not added on my schedule E which the excuse for that was the formula he used that year did not add depreciation. What formula was this that an accountant would use that does not include depreciation for a property? He filed me as a non-resident of VA to pay taxes erroneously. He was very rude on the call. He continuously tries to overtalk me and ask what other errors when I would think one error is more than enough to look at your service and see what quality/standard you are upholding. Instead he was very angry and I decided because of this type of customer service this has to be a scam or a fraud. What business owner knowingly can see their mistakes in their files and decides to try to accuse you of things instead of owning up and making things right?Do not go to this business! Worst mistake ever.

Steve is incredible. He's been doing my taxes for close to 15 years. He always remembers the details, considers everything and makes us feel like we are in good hands. We won't go anywhere else to get our taxes done. I refer everyone I know to him. Couldn't be happier and the cost is nothing for the service we receive every single year. Well worth every single penny.

Steve T. Is very professional and I cant believe how fast he can get your taxes done. The first year we used him it took 2 hours in his office and a few phone calls but every year since it only takes half an hour in his office. That's doing personal taxes and itemized taxes for two businesses.

They do our payroll from top to bottom and thank God I got to them because of a referral. Timothy is one of the most efficient people I have ever worked with and we are glad to know that we are in good hands for this matter.
