I cant even tell you how greatful i am about this facility . Edith has been such a blessing . I seem to always have some problem and shes always got a solution up her sleeve . What i really like about this place is it isnt a public storage ! Yuk🤮 . The mannager lives onsite and it feels like my storage is safe theft . I have a few units around town but going to them always feels like a drag but my nw storage dosent feel that way because edith lives there and it just has a difrent feeling all together . Thank you edith

Since being a customer for about 8 yrs with my business I had the pleasure to cross paths with Edith Pelletier for a period of 3 plus years. Watching her work in various levels of her daily routines. I got to watch her work at a high level of professionalism. I have come to learn a lot from her which I use in my own life today. It's overpriced, and I just got a rental raise notice. There is black mold in some of the units, and when I just went to pick up my suitcase to pack for a trip, I'm locked out, and my personal lock is gone. I called customer service. My bill is current, there are no notes in my account, and the on-site manager is off today, so I have to wait 26 hours to find out what's happened to my stuff! I can't pack for my trip, and I don't even know if I still have a suitcase!! Needless to say I'll be moving out.

Great experience storing my things here. Edith, the property manager, is extremely responsive and responsible. I enjoyed working with her very much and will come back here for any future storage needs!

This location is great and Edith has done a great job keeping the area clean and serviceable beyond her role. Greta customer service and continued support through any issues that have come up during the time I have been at this location. The streets are cleaner outside the area due in part to Edith rallying local businesses in the area to help get city workers out to come clean the area. I have never been to a storage location with such great attendance and attention to her customers and the needs of fellow business owners.

Manager is great she goes out of her way to help, the other storage renters, well some are well let's say trying, other then that my experience at this facility has actually been a very pleasant one and its close to home!!!

After two months, the initial price will always go up $10-$15 per month. They will not mention the price will go up after two months. Misleading pricing
