I have been a customer for over a year. In that time I have enjoyed a clean facility and friendly customer service. I like the fact I can pull into the building out of the rain and move my possessions and not worry about the weather. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Nothwest Self Storage.

I used NW Self Storage in St. Johns as my first storage unit all last year and it was top notch. Dan the onsite manager makes this place what it is - always friendly, helpful, and keeps everything clean and secure. I loved that you can drive in and the facilities were consistently spotless. My only complaint is that it's a bit expensive and they can randomly raise the rent prices whenever they feel like it, so it's in your best interest to keep as small a unit as you can. Otherwise highly recommend NW Self Storage on Lombard for it's excellent location and overall wonderful experience.

Great security and I love how you enter into the building, being able to load and unload inside a giant building is honestly perfect genius idea! Good job northwest
The only thing I might add is for light sensors to be added as after a few moments, the lights would shut off and so only the emergency lights would give me light until I walked all the way to the elevators for the sensor to read me.

Rented a storage unit here for 3+ years. During that time, my life turned upside down but this storage place never let me down. It was always clean, easily accessible, had carts available, and well taken care of. I always knew my stuff was safe. The staff here was an angel. I strongly recommend this storage if you need one.

The owner/manager is very kind; he helped me locate my unit and gave me some moving supplies. The gate access and elevator always worked, and the facility is very secure, clean, and well-kept. I never saw a speck of dust on any of my stuff.
