My unit and several other units got broken into the same night. And the week prior several unit got broken into and the Manager that lives on property did nothing to help, her husband laughed in my face because the lady is on maternity leave. They have no one there watching the place yet that is why I chose to rent there. My unit is still not secure 5 days later. They lied to my face when I rented the unit. The lady slammed the door in my and my friends face not caring that I couldn’t secure my unit. The unprofessionalism is appalling and I can’t believe how trashed my unit is and how long the thieves had to go through everything in mine and several other units. It’s definitely an inside job and they shouldn’t get away with it. There’s no cameras in the back of the facility either which makes it easy to rob the place

Megan has been absolutely AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help us (tenants) in any situation and has been over the top on customer service and willing to help whenever possible! Her and her husband are such kind, supportive and caring people. They are always there to answer any questions and help in any way possible! We are so grateful for them both and all they do for our storage community! She has worked so hard to create a safer, more accessible environment for us all! She deserves a huge raise, as she has taken this location from the bottom to the top, and never stops working, if I could give 100 stars I would 🙏😇

I needed to rent a storage space, they had one available. I went to check it out first, because I am oldschool like that I guess, and it was just what I needed. Megan, the property manager, was super helpful and had me set up in no time. She made sure that the unit was clean and ready to go for me that same day. Well done, exceptional customer service!! The office is never open despite the open hours on the door and website saying 9am-6pm. I have gone here more than 10 times on different days and they always have a sign that says they will be right back in 15 minutes. I've waited over an hour on several occasions, it never opens. I've called dozens of times, no answer. I'm wondering if this business is even in business still except I've watched cars come and go in and out of the facility. How does one get help here? I'm seriously questioning if I should even give this place my business, or if it's even safe to do so. I'd have gone elsewhere except this location is right by where I live and the only place that will work for me. I had even reserved a unit online but I couldn't even get in to get it or talk to anybody. I'm honestly so confused. I've been trying to get a unit here for months. Am I in the twilight zone?! What am I missing?

Bought a storage unit at an auction and had a warm and pleasant experience from start to finish! Yvonne the woman who was working in the office is very personable, efficient, and helpful which I appreciate. The cherry on top was the facility is nice and clean and it smells like blueberry muffins!
Overall a wonderful experience here and would deff reccommend
