Hi, I would like to share my experience with NWhone buyers.
Over 10 years ago we met Tammy and she helped us buy our first home together, she was so very helpful and walked us step by step what we needed and what to expect. Back then, my husband and I worked hard and saved for our down payment 8 months latter we called Tammy back and we began the journey to find the perfect home for our blended family. Tammy was amazing, very patient and honest. She even celebrated with us after signing on our first home. Fast forward ten years and still loving the home we bought, we found ourselves on a new journey, we were moving out of state (happy news) and we knew who to call to help us sell our perfect home, we called Tammy and she had gone up and be on for us. She helped with all the things we needed to get the house ready to sell. We moved leaving the house in her hands knowing she had out best intentions. She kept in contact with us and working hard. We sold our home in no time. And thanks to Tammy for all her help, we didn't just met a real-estate agent, we made a true friend and consider her family. I trust her be on words, she is professional, and loyal and always on top of things. I highly recommend to any and everyone I know.

Tammie is a shady as hell “agent”. No communication, rushing my property inspection, excusing her lack of email replies, etc. Indicated there were no disclosures when I asked, and wow, what I’ve had to deal with. I could go on and on. Completely unprofessional.

Horrible experience, we turned in our pre qualification application and waited, and waited, for days we waited then we called to check and we were told " There's been a backup, she was at a wedding over the weekend, she'd call us as soon as it comes thru" still nothing so a week after the call we went directly to the office and asked "Dana" how long does a pre application take? and she told us "Just an hour or 2". They are the worst, I left messages for Marjorie (The Broker) to call me so we can move forward on the mobile home because we were still interested in try to purchase, just with a different re agent but now a month later and still no call. We have 800+Credit scores so that's not an issue.Not worth the time spent try to use them, such a disappointment.?

You won't find more professional, kind, hard-working, knowledgeable, ethical realtors for manufactured homes than NW Homebuyers! They truly go above and beyond (in ways most homebuyers don't understand or see) in assisting with the purchase or sale of a home. They have been in the business for a long time for a reason! Would definitely recommend them, any day!

I had an absolutely lovely experience buying with NW Homebuyers. Tammy was so on top of everything and extremely knowledgeable about mobile homes. Great communication, worked on my schedule, everything was clear and above board. I would go back to them in a second for any future needs.
