We have made multiple attempts over the past 6 YEARS to correct my brother's address after he moved out of my home.
Cards and other personal information are STILL being sent to the previous address.
More than 6 years of putting his banking information at risk.
My brother is fortunate that the old address is my home and not some random person. Neither of us appreciates the need to make a special trip to give him his Cards.

I simply cannot say enough great things about NW preferred. Lyndsey Gossman gets it done! From commercial vehicle financing, to getting an additional credit card for the business that was not attached to my personal and finally getting my acquisition loan was all done seamless. With all the other turbulence of moving an office and acquiring another book of business NW preferred and Lyndsey were the one aspect of all variables that was consistent, diligent, right on time etc. etc. etc. If you are an insurance agent and you want to do business with someone who understands your business needs, look no further. Just call NW preferred and ask for the VIP services via Lyndsey Gossman. I know she was servicing lots of clients/apps and was sick and still never had an excuse, never missing a beat. Such a great experience!
