This rating is specifically just for the sunglasses. They are extremely cheaply made. I’ve used them three times and they broke in my pocket. They don’t have replacement parts so that’s just $200 in the trash.

Thank you Oakley for having this outstanding store in the mall. Trevor is an excellent rep for your company. Very happy with my purchase. Note that Oakley has innovative designs that meet the needs of today and plan for tomorrow. I’m a loyal customer and so is my kid in college. How many companies can say that? Way to go Oakley.

Someone knocked my glasses off and scratched him.I brought them back with my insurance and they replaced them with my copay.I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend Oakley to anyone.Thank you.Oakley you do a great job!

Watchout for this store. There is an sales associate named Trevor who works here. He's got some mental and IQ issues. Even though Oakley Warranty Department recommended that he provide me with the replace lenses, he refused to.
I noticed my Oakley Quarter Jacket lenses started peeling in the past 4 weeks when I took it out of my travel container case. I emailed photos to Oakley Warranty Department. They decided that it is under warranty. Because they don't have the replacement lenses in stock for my model, they offered me the newest models of Sunglasses to choose from (they cost a lot more than my original Quarter Jacket).
I called this Portland store and found out from Trevor that the store has the last pair of replacement lenses. I was under the impression that Trevor would honor the warranty. Long story short, I drove all the way the store and showed Trevor my chat messages and email with Oakley Warranty Department. Trevor refused to follow the Warrant Department's recommendation to offer me the replacement lenses. Wasted me the entire trip to Tigard.
Moreover, he claimed that I scratched my lenses. A total idiot. There damage on the lenses clearly are not scratches. I never dropped the sunglasses. here are not even any scuff marks.
I instead called Woodburn store. The store manager there immediately honored it and provided me with the replacement lenses for free. It saved Oakley from issuing me brand new sunglasses and shipping costs.
Simply put, Oakley hired an idiot who knew how to save the company $1 (that is how much it costs for Oakley to produce the lense) while pissing off a customer. He constantly interrupted me on the phone and refused to listen. Almost 60 years old but only works as a sales guy for a store. I hope Oakley is paying him enough and putting decent money into his 401K.

I went to fill my Oakley prescription today. The two employees that helped me navigate my complicated order were very helpful and professional. They took the time to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, and processed my order in an efficient manner. Thank You Oakley!
