Percy helped me get a large file printed that the self service printers were struggling to process. I’m incredibly grateful for their troubleshooting - I need these photos to complete a pre-apprenticeship portfolio! The quality came out great & I was also able to find a binder, tabs, and sleeves for the rest of my project at this location.

4.3 star average might be the most outrageous thing I’ve read in the last 20 years.
How this store is operational is the 8th wonder of the world. These poor employees are overwhelmed.

I order business cards from this location frequently and today received both of mine completely off center and cut wrong. I had the proofs from what I had input on the website for each order and both showed I had centered the graphic and that is wasn’t going over the cut off lines (which I’m not sure why that’s even a thing, just give us the actual measurements of where you’re going to cut it so the graphic doesn’t need to be adjusted again to fit a smaller size than advertised) but when i received my cards and inspected them, they were cut off center and had white lines on the side. When I went back and showed the proofs and asked how this could have happened considering I had made sure everything was within the cut off lines, I was told at first that I didn’t do that and then I was told it was the cutting machine and then it was back to being that the graphic didn’t process right on their ends. I am left not even knowing why this happened and basically got an oh well about it and told there was nothing they could do. This print and copy service at this location has continuously messed up printing services for me and it is the same lady who messes it up. I don’t normally write bad reviews like this but it’s disappointing to spend money on a service and then be blamed or the machines being blamed and not the person processing the order. If there’s an issue, it should be given the opportunity to try to solve them, not just shrug at me.

I needed a 30+ page fax sent on a Sunday afternoon. The gal on staff in that area did it for me. Not cheap, not quick, but it worked when I needed it.

Great customer service!! I made a mistake on my online pickup order and it sent to this store instead of my closest store in Bend (3 hrs away!). So, I called them up to see if there was anything we could do.
Percy was very helpful and quickly called my local store to have them reprint for me here. So easy and efficient.

I had left home forgetting paperwork I needed for the day. I stopped by this office depot and fought with the self service printer. I didn't get my print from them and went to the counter. I was helped quickly and then at the register the cost was waived beyond the cost of the print. No minimums or anything. Thanks for a quick and easy transaction. This was at approx 5pm on Saturday June 1st.

Thank you so much to the staff who helped me make my missing dog flyers. She has been found. Thank you so much for your extra effort in my time of need. I was way too stressed out to figure out how to make a poster and they were more than happy to help. I will never forget about this. Thank you ?

You guys have to fire Garette the cashier. I never seen someone treat a customer the way he did. I honestly would not put him on blast but he made me feel uncomfortable from beginning to end. Acting like I was a problem.

Shopping at Office Depot on NE Martin Luther King Blvd in Portland OR was one of my favorite shopping experiences ever! I was offered help finding what I came in for right away by the cashier, Zim. He left his register for a second to point out the location of the staplers.There are so many kinds and I got one perfect for my needs. Then his colleague offered further assistance. I wanted to take a look at the paper cutters and she helped me find an inexpensive simple cutter I didn't even know existed. I got just what I needed and then Zim made sure that my grandson's elementary school got a 5% donation from my purchase. Then the cashier, Zim, pulled out a $10 discount certificate to apply to my purchase total. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed happy at work. I will be going back for all my office needs!

In and out quick stop with great customer service from Aerynne! She didn't seem annoyed at all that I was walking in 10minutes before closing and was very nice and helpful. She helped me find the item I came in for and even made sure I was able to get the credit for the ink toner I had previously brought in. The only issue I have with this place is the location. If I weren't already in that area, I would not have stopped here. A bit harsh of an area, but the store inside was like any other location.

I came in to get some invitations printed and there was a customer ahead of me taking awhile with her order. Craig checked in with me when I first arrived and I told him I needed printing so he said I should wait in the line I was currently in. After about 15 minutes of waiting, Craig came back and offered to help since it was taking so long. He was very thorough and made sure I got the size invitations I needed. He even cut the invitations after printing for me. Great customer service experience to start my day!
