Best to make an appointment before going! I was looking for ergonomic computer work chairs for teleworking full time and they had lots of samples to try but not all chairs worked or had features enough to determine fit (tilt, lift, pan slide). They had some discontinued chairs for $100. I wish they had a lending program since there's no return policy and they are a custom order your chairs outfit. I want a chair that allows me to work long hours without pain and so many chairs don't support an upright position for reading online/typing/mousing all day.

I was throwing out a net to get quotes on a specific desk chair for my home office, and came across the OIC website. I submitted a request for a quote and within minutes I received a response asking for more details on the exact features I was looking for. (who knew there would be so many options for a chair?). I was trying to find the exact chair I have at the office, and didn't know all the details, but with the help of Martha Monce, a Project Coordinator at OIC, we figured it out. Martha was fantastic, responsive, and very helpful in getting my order exactly right. Really above and beyond the kind of service I got from any other company I contacted for a quote. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend OIC.

We order from them at least once a week and it always comes extremely fast! They have a great delivery service especially if we accidentally order the wrong product, they make exchanging simple. Anything we are in need for they have available.
