Supposedly this clinic accepts transgender patients, but you wouldn't know it from trying to call in. After OSHU mis-listed the PCP's here as available and open to the public, I was told they only accept medicaid or prior patients until I spoke to a supervisor, who finally informed me that they also accept transgender patients.Hiding this information behind needing to talk to a manager is not acceptable when the clinic is participating in a government program.

I can’t tell you how many bad experiences I have had at this facility. Unfortunately, I can’t find any PCPs who take my insurance that are accepting new patients. I have waited anywhere from 30 min-1hr after my scheduled appointment. When I expressed my frustration, I was told I could leave and not accept care. I’ve tried to have an IUD placed and was pressured into not getting the IUD I wanted, resulting in me not getting my IUD placed the day I went in. I have been accused of “cheating the system” by trying to pick up my Retin A prescription at their pharmacy for the price I purchased that same product at Fred Meyer. And finally, I arrived 10 min late to my last minute appointment today and was told the provider would not see me because I was too late.I just-really don’t feel cared for here. The staff might be burnt out, but the quality of care and basic customer service is seriously lacking. I wish I could find another PCP so I would not have to come here anymore.

These dr don’t know anything I had an appointment over a sinus infection and the dr told me she needed to read up on that. I’m no Dr and I know what a sinus infection is. After being sick 3 weeks of being sick I finally made an appointment and was told to drink water sleep and take NyQuil and schedule another appointment in a week. So they wanted me to be sick a whole other week instead of starting me on antibiotics. And guess what still sick. Messaged the Dr and told them I need antibiotics and was told I would need to schedule another appointment even though I just had one last Friday and should have been scheduled then. My son also has been sick before and was sick coughing for 4 months and I kept getting told he would get better and get sent home. It wasn’t till I went to another clinic and got chest x-rays that they took it serious told en he had asthma and needed an inhaler which still didn’t help his sickness I had to take him elsewhere and they said he had bronchioliitus (baby bronchitis.) this place doesn’t care about their patients. And I’m constantly getting billed even though my insurance is fully covered. Which makes me wonder if that’s why then keep having you come back to make money off you. I will be looking for other care.

This clinic will stop life saving care for cancer patients if they don't agree with their political views. It doesn't get much lower than that. They discontinued treatment and discharged a woman who had concerns about their political decor.I hope she successfully takes them to task.

This place is literally worst health care I have ever received. I’ve gone through several PCPs and they all treated me like a piece of trash. Everyone employed here, doctors nurses etc, acts as though you are beneath them. Shout out to the pharmacy though, they’re cool at least.

Wow. I've often said that the medical profession is a bunch of "preventable deaths" monsters, and you just proved it. I hope truly horrible things happen to all of you, like having your treatments denied because of your opinion.

It's absolutely disgusting that this clinic will happily see a patient die, just because their opinions on a lgbtq flag differ to the clinics. This place is a disgrace. FACT.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER. Read all the bad comments about this place. If you do not agree with their political stand, they will cut you off. Go to a place that is going to treat you like a human being and practices medicine, not politics.

Absolutely underfunded and understaffed, to say nothing of the quality of on-going care: you're unlikely to see the same medical professional as this location seems to be the real-world practice lab for students. Also, the pharmacy, while conveniently located for some, seems wholly incapable of filling multiple prescriptions on the same schedule, so plan on making multiple trips each month to hear their latest excuse.

IF YOU HAVE CANCER, DO NOT GO HERE. They will make an excuse to stop cancer treatment if your opinion differs from theirs.Only a scumbag, evil company says "comply or die." I hope this building gets eliminated in a natural disaster.

Agree or die, I guess.This clinic weaponized ideology as the basis for rejecting a colleague of mine her necessary cancer care. Retaliating like that is illegal and inherently despicable. I pray she legally processes you into oblivion.

I've been a patient here for more than a decade. I had to have my blood drawn today and, I don't know if I just got lucky but, the best tech ever. I had myself all sweaty thinking about the poke. It was nothing and I was so grateful for my tech. Sweet soul like there.

I stayed here longer than I should’ve because I was young and naive and thought that doctors know what they are doing, please don’t make the same mistake as me. I switched from doctor to doctor at this clinic, trying to find a good one but had no luck.They treated me like I was crazy, wouldn’t write me referrals to specialists and literally told me my stomach issues were all in my head without even sending me to a GI doctor first (a doctor should never tell you that but if they do, they should probably do some sort of due diligence to make sure that it’s true, right?)There was only one doctor who ever did anything for me here. She sent me to a GI specialist after I told her about the doctor telling me that my stomach issues were all in my head, and then she sent me to an ENT Specialist on a separate occasion after I brought my God Mom with me who had to get loud on people for anyone to do anything.. Just let that sink in for a moment.. At 26 years old, I had to bring my God Mom with me, who had to raise her voice at the doctor for the doctor to do her job…I can’t emphasize enough, this is the Worst. Place. Ever. Go anywhere else, seriously. A back alley, sketchy hole in the wall clinic with degrees on the wall drawn in crayons would probably be better. I left and got a doctor who actually does their job, it’s great. Please, save yourself the PTSD, it’s not worth it, this place just needs to be shutdown.
