I’ve had a good experience in the past, but walked in today (12:30pm 12.1.2025) and after about 5 mins of looking in the kids section, I left. It’s an absolute mess. As I walked out I saw 4 associates- one talking to a customer, and 3 others casually standing in the check-out section just talking (no customers in the line to check-out). I couldn’t find anything due to the mess. Maybe it’ll be better next time.

It's is the most messy Old Navy I've ever been to. I couldn't find single person to assist in either. They seems to be really short on staff. My boys were able to find some clothes that they like here but nothing for my daughter and myself. My husband found a one article clothing that he liked but that was it.

Disappointing Customer Service at Cascade Station
I came in with the intention of doing a simple exchange—two pairs of leggings for a different size. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in stock, so I picked out a different item instead, expecting it to be a quick and easy swap. What should’ve taken five minutes turned into a 20-minute ordeal that left me frustrated and unlikely to ever return to this location.
The biggest issue was the manager. One of the items I was returning had been marked as final sale, but I was trying to exchange it—not return it for cash—and was clearly ready to spend more money on a full-price $20 pair of pants instead. Still, the manager absolutely refused to override the final sale price—even for a difference of just $8. It wasn’t just the decision, but the way she handled it: cold, rigid, and not the least bit helpful. She made no effort to make the situation easier or offer any alternative solutions.
The cashier, on the other hand, was lovely and clearly doing her best despite the situation. It was not her fault, and I appreciated her calm demeanor.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even do an even exchange. They had to return the items to my card, then ring up a whole new transaction. It was clunky and inefficient. At a time when good customer service matters more than ever, this location really missed the mark.
I’ll be taking my business to a different Old Navy going forward—one that values their customers and can handle a basic exchange with professionalism and a little common sense.

Decently well organized store with fantastic discounts. I was able to find a ton of really comfy, cute staples (two dress pants, a denim skirt, a button down, a long sleeve top and an amazing sweater) in the ample clearance section for under $60! That's even more impressive than most thrift shops these days. Service was great and I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

You’ll find bargains here for women, men & kids. Not only are there clothes but there are shoes and accessories.
Located in the cascades Mall, there are plenty of free parking. The place was clean and organized.

I love this place! I'm older and hard to fit. This place takes back my online orders that dont work out, reorders on the spot if it helps and are always friendly and helpful. With a new grandchild on the way, I'll be back soon! FTI: if you buy a gift there, all wrapping supplies and cards are just a few stores down at Home Simple.
