We got there around 2pm Saturday, it was very very crowded, with a movie event going on. Paid for parking. Lots to show the kids but couldn't really do much due to others using and looking at each thing there was at each station. Tickets sold out fast for the submarine. The kids were amazed by the animal and critter exhibits, a good amount of species to see. Grabbed a coffee from the cafe wasn't too bad, the photo booth did not work. Overall we felt rushed with not many choices to do while we waited for our turn to experience anything. As it got closer to closing time we did manage to experience more. We will be going again just maybe earlier in the day and maybe a week day.

Get the Black Friday membership deal! The 0-6 play area upstairs is great, and I wish it was bigger. Some sound deadening panels (or artistic installations) would go a long way in there for sanity sake and for any kids with sensory concerns. It does seem like the 5-10 yr age range is underserved since most of the exhibit hall downstairs is focused on High School field trip activities, and the portions that aren’t seem broken/lame. Somewhere for them to run around AND use their brains would be cool.

This is one of our favorite places to go on weekends. The membership is totally worth it. Just for the kids play area alone. But they also change big exhibit pretty regularly. They also have a live sloth right now!The laser shows are also so much fun, one of these days I will get tickets for the Taylor Swift one...

We are a member at OMSI and love visiting frequently. My little one loves the labs, planetarium shows and enjoys the science playground...We also enjoy OMSI's star parties... I highly recommend it for all ages...

Submarine tour is cool, the veterans are super nice and love to share their knowledge.

A nice rainy day activity. The submarine was the highlight for me. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The museum is hours of fun for children but as an adult you can breeze through in about an hour. The museum location is beautiful along the river with the city's backdrop.

It’s really fun for kids. Not super big and a little pricey and things cost extra.

Went for the planetarium which was under construction so that was a bummer. Really neat display on the origin of life

My family will never come back. OMSI is no longer safe for children. Gender neutral bathrooms are dangerous and scary for young teen girls. My 14 year old went to use the bathroom and she came out of the stall and 3 men were standing in the bathroom staring at her. She told me she ran out because she was scared. My family came for the laser holiday l light show it was not very good. For some reason, the lyrics to Winter Wonderland were changed, and apparently, child nudity is exceptable at OMZI because there is a child with his rear end exposed, and Santa is looking at him.OMSI is now a place of perversion.

I came from out of town the Pay to park machine was out of order, so there was a sign that you must pay through the parking kitty ap. This is a scam. You can pay inside but the sign didn't say that. So we tried on the ap and it instantly tried charging me for fraudulent charges. I spoke with someone at omsi and they said they were aware of the problem but had no answer on why the sign was still up. Just a FYI. Beware of the parking kitty scam!
