Why does it take multiple days for a charge to show up on my account/statement? I swear this onpoint has the slowest services EVER. Been a member for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse. Wells Fargo would've had the same thing taken care of on the same day.. and Wells Fargo is terrible!!

Kylee was fantastic. I didn’t catch a last name, but she will know I am the lady with the random doordash charge amongst other things. She helped get me in and out in a speedy manner and addressed all my concerns. I’m not one to give reviews either, but this experience was just too great not to. She made a lil ladies day better (-:

This is a BUSY location at 1:50pm on a Monday! I don't know if I've ever seen 20 customers waiting in a credit union! 4 tellers worked everyone through quickly and politely. Security guard at the door was nice.

Financed a new vehicle with OnPoint being the lender. All of the hoops, hurdles and crap you have to go through just to set up an outside account to make the loan payment is ridiculous. Then once that is done, to actually make your payment and have the system tell you it needs to call you with a verification code, phone rings and nothing. Beyond frustrating. -10/10, would not recommend this so called credit union.

My Onpoint account was compromised. I want in and they immediately froze the account. After I dropped the computer for repair, I went back to Onpoint. They proceeded to open a new account. All this very supporting and helpful even emotionally.

Always get wonderful customer service here! ? 1 of few financial centers that is open on Fridays until 6pm. Unlike "coporate" banks, they always have more than 1 or 2 tellers available. They always have at least 4, but have seen as many as 7 or 8 during busy times. ??

The people that work there are nice. The lines always seem to be long every time I go there to make my deposits. There's no drive threw at the mall 205 branch. So you have to walk in the rain, wind, ext..try to use the a.t.m. to make my deposits but have only had it work 1'ce or 2'ce. I have to go in & wait in line to do my deposits. Makes sense why there always seems to be long lines. I've told them there a.t.m. isn't taking deposits & they tell me they know, but it hasn't changed. I've been with them a few years now. I'm looking for a new credit union .

This was once a very nice branch to do business. Today has left a bad taste in my mouth. Attempted to cash a Federal check and then decided to just deposit into my account but was refused both. The check was made out to my wife and myself of which both of us signed legitimate signatures. Was told by the trans liberal teller that I needed my wife present to process this check?? Since when? I find this very insulting being a long time member of Onpoint and considerably substantial accounts. I went to another branch and they deposited into my account without a hassle. In the future I will avoid the 205 branch.
