They only care about the flag. I am going to Thailand on Tuesday and since ONPOINT COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION did the major update. It turned my world upside down. One month off with no vacation pay. Homeless in Thailand

I love this little credit Union. I have set up a personal checking account, then a business account, then I got my daughter a savings account. They're always super courteous and very helpful and totally with it. They help me with the technology aspect and they are open for much of the day on Saturday. They are creative problem solvers. Go with this bank.

Awesome customer service. Quick and cordial. If you're needing to do anything that involves talking to a banker in person, I'd come here. I'm doing 4 stars becuase the Safeway parking lot is always full.

Always takes too long. Are heterosexual people allowed to work there. Everyone is gay in 3 locations I've been to. Is being gay a prerequisite. This is discrimination against straight people. Always hire your community not your idealistic friends.

Friendly and efficient service. Sometimes there's a short line but they are attentive to it and do their best. I enjoy banking here. The employees seem to care about a good experience for you.

First off I have been a huge fan of onpoint and the way they do things for 8 years running now maybe longer idk haha. But I really wanted to say something about my man darrian wilker and how awesome he is very professional and quick I came to him with nothing lost my wallet at an event (I'm a vendor) and with only a couple quick easy quest he helped me retrieve my credit card again thank you darrian wilker you my man and from now on I only wanna deal with you when I have anything OnPoint related!!!

This Onpoint has always been a good location and they provide notary services. Today I brought in my estate planning paperwork and waited less than 5 minutes before Ian Smith helped me to get everything taken care of. The front desk tellers we're great and so was Ian. I was in and out with no issue in less than 15 minutes! Thank you guys for being so great. See ya next time I needed any Onpoint things taken care of!

My experience with ever visit at OnPoint has always been amazing! The bankers are always on top of things. They're polite , friendly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend OnPoint to both family and friends!!
