Opening the account was pleasant. Employess were nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars is because you never truly have access to your full amount of funds at any given time when purchasing online or over the phone.
At OnPoint the only time you do have access to 100% of the funds is when you withdrawal your funds in cash. You can call in or go to a branch to get a temporary lift on funds to make certain purchases.
Im glad I found out about the restrictions before I traveled on vacation and found out the hard way about not having access to your money.
If you want to have unfiltered access to your funds, this is not the credit union to be a part of.

Madi P at this location was FABULOUS! What a rockstar. She helped us in a stressful time crunch & made it possible to get our auto loan with an even lower rate than previously anticipated. The other’s at the branch were also very friendly & offered my husband candy to keep him chill.

Never had such an unprofessional experience with a bank before. I attempted to get an auto loan and my representative was Madi. Not only did she completely do her math incorrectly multiple times during the process, which I later found out by going into a separate branch, but she also never spoke to me or even attempted to reach out. Madi dealt directly with the car salesman the entire time and not the actual customer and member of Onpoint. Needless to say, I went with another bank and got approved instantly. I will no longer be banking with Onpoint after this experience and will be closing my account.

Few Months ago I went to OnPoint and they did an AMAZING job!!! Not only were they thorough in their communication, but they went above and beyond to assist me with the process. They gave me very personalized attention and were the absolute best!Michael Nguyen On The 82nd Branch helped me with my Auto Loan and explained me About Everything it was Very helpful for me. He was nice, patient, and understanding. thanks again!!I highly recommend them for banking and any financial needs.

My reasoning for 5 stars is two fold, for one Mary is 1 of the nicest people I've ever met and it felt like a very genuine experience beyond any kind of business interaction of any sort or anything to do with money, she genuinely wants to help people and is very very positive and nice in her approach so I will acknowledge that that is a big part of my 5 stars. However secondly it was extremely straightforward and simple to set up a checking and savings, no nonsense of any sort and I was able to get my money out of a bank that I don't trust as our banking system once again it's going to implode... literally within an hour of deciding to switch it was done. If you are aware of what i speak and are using banks with a bad history its well worth it. Take 20 to 30 minutes and you'll have everything set up the app is wonderful and they treat you like a normal person. I didn't feel any pressure to do anything other than what I intended to do when I went there. No forceful upsales or anything like that and again they treat you normal no fake niceness or harsh attitude for one reason or another it was honestly 1 of the better experiences I've had in any business and in todays world, genuinely feeling like im being helped matters way more as it is so uncommon. Make an appointment with Mary and you will understand what I mean, she will answer all your questions and concerns.

This location is only open till 6pm but it DOES HAVE an ATM right in front as of October 2022.Another review from 9 months earlier says it doesn’t have an ATM. But is does.
