Very high rates for shipping a pair of shoes from US to Italy. Least expensive they would have charged me 112$ for FedEx Priority. That's insane!I've used OPAS in the past and was never asked such prices. They've literally gone mad.Parcel was also delcared for 2.4lbs, never understand or care why the increased to 3lbs. Has it got any weight during transport? Ridiculous.I was also unsatisfied with the service as it took them 3 days to get an estimate after my reminder and they didn't offer me an option to lower the cost shipping.They just ignore the fact I was trying to ship a pair of shoes.Luckily I was able to return the item back to seller with a prepaid label and that was it with a loss of time.Just be aware this company is not the one it used to be.After this I won't give it any second chance.

I used a purchasing agency to get parts for a certain American motorcycle that would cost 80,000 yen in Japan at about half the local price.
At that time, a Japanese person contacted me via email in Japanese regarding additional confirmation items related to the purchase (I don't know if this happens every time), and the exchange went smoothly.
The purchase flow is to ship it to Japan after it arrives at the OPAS warehouse, so if you're in a hurry, there are other options available, but if not, you can continue to use it with confidence.

It's very convenient and I keep repeating it. Once you create an account, you can always receive your purchases in the U.S. and have them sent to Japan using your preferred method.
You can store your shopping for free for up to 30 days, so you can also purchase additional items, or even if you shop on multiple e-commerce sites, there is also a service that allows you to combine them when shipping them to Japan.

When I made a purchase at Rogue Fitness in America and processed the delivery through OPAS, I entered the address incorrectly and was charged an extra shipping fee. Because it was difficult for Rogue Fitness to provide Japanese support, we were able to cancel the shipping fee with the cooperation of OPAS. Mr. Opas is very kind and understands English, so I think Japanese people can shop in America with peace of mind.

I tried using it for the first time because the hair color I really wanted wasn't shipped directly to Japan...I didn't really like it, but I ordered Feria from Amazon.It was in the middle of the Christmas sales season, and the product arrived on the third day of the new year. I was very grateful that they were able to ship the item to Japan relatively early, even though it was a time when many packages were being opened. (The only disappointing thing is that the box of the item was crushed and was severely damaged.) This time, I got it early.
