I started taking class with Quinn a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. I regularly attend her Active Yoga on Tue and her Yin Yoga on Wed: in both of them she is gentle, provides lots of variations and is also genuinely fun! Class size is small which allows me to ask questions and get feedback, and which contributes to a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Finally, I can't stress enough how much I love all those moments in which she invites us to pay attention to small movements, or to a tiny specific part of the body and learn more about it and how it functions. Her approach is a blissful combination of experience, knowledge and care!

Glad I've been able to connect with Quinn for private and free live yoga classes online this year. It's been helpful to stay active and get some exercise/stretching in while were in lockdown. Thanks!

I have been interested in yoga since college, but never gave myself the time to pursue it due to time conflicts or having difficulty with yoga poses which made me feel discouraged. I have now been practicing yoga with Quinn for about ~2 months via Zoom sessions & her YouTube channel. Her videos are very straight-forward with clear explanations and good flow. During private Zoom sessions, she is very attentive to detail, was able to make yoga fit my body (modifying poses to accommodate my weak knees & helping curate specific stretches to help tightness), and has been very patient with me exploring what yoga means to me. I always feel more relaxed mentally & physically after completing these yoga sessions! Her group Zoom sessions also have the same level of care & detail. I recommend Quinn for anyone interested in yoga & wanting to explore what all yoga has to offer!

Quinn at Open Awareness is an incredible yoga instructor. She has deep knowledge of the practice and of physiology, as well as the magic that yoga can bring into your life. She caters to where you are in your own practice and where you want to go. I highly recommend Quinn for private instructions! She's brilliant.
