Impossible to cancel membership fairly after getting pregnant. When I discussed my situation with a manager they gave zero consideration to charging me over $500 when my husband had not been receiving services because he did not “submit a form” despite their customer rep telling me that I just needed to submit one for both of us and emailing them telling them I wanted to cancel. They already have all your information on file but want you to sign a paper form to cancel. What if you don’t have a printer? What if you don’t have an adobe pro subscription? What if you move and can’t come to their office to sign a form for something you express clearly in an email AND over the phone? Online cancellation was not available. The manager felt privileged enough to tell me that if it was an issue to submit a form then I should have communicated that because they couldn’t “read my mind.” Yikes.Manager demonstrated no empathy, understanding, or interest in providing a positive customer experience or a resolution. We have now paid over $500 to a membership we haven’t used, and then they tell me that it’s my fault because I basically didn’t advocate enough for myself. I would like to reserve my self-advocacy energy for issues that matter in my life more than a gym membership. Now I have $500+ less to spend on my newborn because we didn’t “submit a form” yet communicated via email and phone we wanted membership cancelled due to pregnancy.Do not recommend due to:- High fees for quality of service- Insensitive customer service- Membership cancellation scheme - what company does not offer online cancellation unless they want to put you in this exact situation to profit from you?A reminder to support your local family-owned gyms. I should have known better.

I love it. I go and follow directions and sweat for an hour and then I'm done.

Visited while on a trip and enjoyed the workout! I only attended one class here at 5 am so keep that in mind. I was greeted with a friendly manner when I walked in. The studio spaces vary and this one is more elongated and felt a little tighter. They also had the newer treadmills which feel a little harder to change speeds on. They also kept the studio dark which was different and people may like in the early morning! There were only 6 people in the class but from what I hear, there are less people going to classes post pandemic. There's a parking garage that you can get validated or you can do street parking.

Basically I have been an orange theory fan for years. I like all sports and especially have grown to love weight training. I use to have the elite membership but because I do so much other workouts I thought it would be nice to 2 classes a week. I had the worst experience that is truly making me never want to sign up for a membership again. I have been to the studios in Beaverton and have had a great experience but this studio in particular was horrible. I’m not from Oregon and don’t live in the city. I live in the suburbs. I only was in that part of town due to my boyfriend living there and i was visiting him. I had trouble finding parking and I end up parking in a garage and I couldn’t even get out of it to find the Orange theory. When I got to the orange theory I asked them if by chance the validated parking. I was JUST asking out of curiosity and not demanding anything. The front desk girl who said she was also the manager got really rude with me and said,”only if you parked under this studio.” I told her I’m not from here and I don’t know where I parked and she responds with, “ I don’t know how to help you”I was never asking for help. I just wanted to know how to park in the parking garage and how to get to the studio. I have never felt so unwelcome in a studio. Long story short I was parked in the right garage but I didn’t even get it validated because her attitude was so bad. I know she will read this and I hope she doesn’t act rude to me in the studio if I see her again. Don’t come to this studio.

It is motivational. I lack the self discipline to goto a gym and do my own “routine”. Orange theory pushes me ALL OUT! The staff and members that come in are all wonderful and welcoming. It is a warm environment that brings a sense of belonging where we are all rooting for each other I love that.

My experiences at this studio have been consistently negative. The studio is smaller than usual and mostly offers 3g classes. The coaches lack energy, and the manager, who is ironically named, has no charisma whatsoever. Their cancellation policy is excessively strict, and any request for an exception is met with insincere apologies from the front desk staff and aggression from the manager. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this studio to anyone. Instead, I suggest joining a regular gym, eating healthy, and staying fit. The frustration and stress caused by this studio are not worth it.

My experience with the coaches at this OTF studio has generally been ok. They are not great, but good enough. The studio is small than some of the other ones I worked out at.

Traveling through Portland for a few days, I went at that location three times. Everyone there was very welcoming and encouraging. I am truly grateful for the good time I had working out there. Thank you.

Only 4 stars because of the lack of size-inclusivity.I love the coaches, the staff, the community and the workouts. But, Orangetheory needs to do better with their sizing of clothing. I wear a woman's 18 top, which, by your sizing is a 3X. I couldn't get a Hell Week tank top in that size. It makes me feel like less of an athlete. As though OTF corporate only cares about their brand be represented by smaller sized people. It's really sad to see that this is so slow to change. I've written letters to corporate about this in the past. As a size 18, I'm hardly on the high end of the average American. Do better.

Working out at Lloyd was quite the treat with nice equipment and great people. Everyone was so welcoming and kind to me when I signed up for my first class! Very happy I signed up. I love being able to attend a class in the morning before work to get my day started off on a high note. Welcoming staff, great instructors!

I know these OT studios are more or less the same, but I really love this location! So convenient, and each trainer comes with their own twists - some will encourage you to stay in the green zone longer, while others really push for red. This is nice because it let's me choose my intensity. The row machines have the iPads connected with your OT band, which is nice.Only small issue: sometimes the space feels a little tight, depending on the floor and row workouts and if it's a full class.

This is such a great environment, I’ve always been so nervous to sign up for a gym. They can be intimidating places sometimes but the team here is very welcoming and the small sizes of the classes really allow the coaches to be able to support everyone there. Highly recommend
