Don't come with positive energy and definitely don't clap or show good energy unless it's at 5 or 6am, you may be asked to leave Avoid Coach Dylan, unless your into low energy workouts

This is my first time back in any fitness space during the pandemic and my first time with orange theory. I joined a few weeks ago because I have gotten way too sedentary. I was a bit concerned about safety but everything seems very clean and they seem to have good HVAC. Several folks told me that the workouts are really difficult and the instructors scream at you -- that has not been my experience at all. The workouts are as hard as you want to make them. I really like the circuit and variety. I find that everyone is friendly and understanding. I have multiple injuries and am not in my best shape. I'm no longer the spry green bean I once was...but I feel comfortable here and I get the exercise experience I need. You don't have to push yourself to doom...just go a little out of your comfort zone. Workouts get easier with time. It's a little expensive but it keeps me on track and helps me stay accountable. The instructors are all lovely and helpful -- and their playlists are great. I highly recommend.

Popped in here while on a trip, not my home location. The staff was fantastic!! Instructor had great energy, whoever was working front desk when I was there (maybe Grace?) was super hospitable and the rowing machines/treads were top notch. MOST notably, I realized once I got back to Seattle that I left my heart rate monitor at the location. Grace reached out and was super helpful in coordinating getting it shipped back to me. TY GRACE!
