do not buy a hot tub here!!! they will ignore you if it is defective, even if it is under warranty!!! We have been waiting 9 months for the service department to pick up and fix an in foam leak they diagnosed. Under warranty, they will not replace, have not repaired and won't even call us when we ask for info.

Gabrielle was extremely professional and accommodating. She was patient with us through the buying process and came out to our home to help us prepare our space for our new spa. Once the spa delivered, she came out and taught us how to balance the water and use the spa’s features. The spa delivered with some damage, but she took accountability immediately and began the process of getting everything resolved for us. Although my purchase was almost double what I wanted to spend, the service and experience Gabrielle provided made it worth every cent. I’m actually surprised to see someone with such an incredible skill set in the retail space at all but I feel fortunate that we got to work with her on such a big purchase. We feel comfortable with our decision and are excited to enjoy our spa for years to come. If you go to Oregon Hot Tub, do everything in your power to work with Gabrielle. She offers a level of customer service that I thought had died out years ago. I’m truly astonished with Gabrielle.

We are first time hot tub buyers. We went into Oregon Hot tub and met Gabrielle. We had such a good experience with her that we really didn’t shop around any further. After delivery and electrical hook up, she came out to the house and helped us with setting up our salt system. She knows hot tubs very well and so we learned a lot. This was invaluable for us being new to hot tubs. I highly recommend Oregon Hot tub and Gabrielle. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends in the last 24 hours!

I am happy to say I purchased my first hot tub from Gabrielle! I went in to just have a look and was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere of hospitality. I personally tried out several tubs, any questions I had were answered with expertise. I felt confident in buying from Gabrielle solely due to her lovely service and care. Post purchase she continued to keep me updated on delivery. Once it arrived, she helped me work out electrical requirements and personally come out to my house for service! I am grateful for her and look forward to working with her in the future for any of my hot tub needs!

My new hot tub was not purchased here, but I had some questions about reading the water test strips.Jack answered all my questions and easily set me on the right track to understanding basic water chemistry.They said any time I had questions to come in and they would help. Some companies are reluctant to assist if you did not make your purchase with them. I am happy to say that Oregon Hot Tub is not one of these! They know that making a good connection is important in creating a future customer.

Our sales rep, Derrick Hale, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff there are great about answering questions for existing owners. Communication from them about delivery was good. Good support for existing owners. They offer full service maintenance plans or regular shipments of maintenance materials. The tub itself that we bought is great. OHT tubs are not cheap, but very high quality. Overall, I'm happy with the entire experience.

Gabrielle was patient, thorough, and thoughtful when I was purchasing my first hot tub. I had a lot of questions and she provided all of the necessary information and documentation for me to make a well-informed choice.She followed up and kept in touch.I highly recommend working with her (and buying a hot tub).

The costumer service we received from Tyson is really something we don’t experience often. We didn’t even buy our tub from him but he took the time to explain how to maintain the tub. I spent over 30 mins with this guy on the phone with him giving us detailed explanations. A very important service to a new hot tub owner. The person at a different store who sold us the tub was no where to be found after we bought the tub to give us support but Tyson rescued us! If you are in the market for a tub, please go talk to this guy. You are going to be impressed with the level of knowledge and support!

I do not normally post reviews but feel very strongly about a recent experience.We have been a loyal hot springs customer for over 10 years and after waiting almost 11 months to get a new cover, then paying for water care followed by a service visit to only be told that our repair would cost almost $1k we were a little surprised and disappointed. We contacted the Service Dept as feel like we were being misguided of the repairs that were needed and that the service tech who came out did not have the best bed side manner. We were so miffed, that we were ready to even get rid of of hot tub that had been carefully maintained. We called to cancel our valet service and ask for any compensation and there is a difference of opinion on what is manufacturer suggested versus what happened. In the end, we contacted another supplier and with their help understood the tub only required a “jumper pressure switch” by Watkins Wellness, a $40 part. You can imagine our disappointment in feeling like Oregon Hot Springs misrepresented us and the lack of dis-honesty involved.We related this information to the service department by phone to pass along to the Service Manager as we envision we will not see any money back and have not moved on to another business to continue helping us with our Spa and if in the need of a new one, or other service will now use their service as Oregon Hot Spring lost of business due to the poor service that we received for helping us get our spa up and running without price gauging us.

The team at Oregon Hot Tub is always great! This last visit I found particularly helpful. When I got home I told my husband what great service I received from the lady that helped me. Informative and consultative without judgement. Priceless!

Bought a hot tub - the Rhythm 7 seater. Purchased it in Nov 2021. It finally arrived in February. And it was a lemon. It leaked the first time we filled it up. Their technician came out in a timely manner (the only positive experience) but he couldn't fix it. Couldn't be more disappointed in their poor quality control and their lack of follow up service... would not recommend you buy a hot tub here. My experience is that they are transactional and could care less once their product is sold.

I had a great experience buying my spa from Oregon Hot Tubs. Jamie is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me to the right spa for the things that matter to me. They carry the best quality spas because they understand that value is more than the purchase price, it also includes environmental impact (water/energy usage) and operating costs - both are lower with a high quality salt water spa.
