Ben Garst was completely amazing. He gave me such a great, fast, easy experience that has left me feeling so good. So kind, enthusiastic, helping and supportive. I loved my experience at HAPO with Ben. I didn’t get everything I desired as a first time credit applicant, but he tried everything and gave me all the options and avenues. That part alone was so great. In my situation, he helped me discover what I needed to do and in just a few weeks I should be able to complete everything. When I come back I want to speak with Ben Garst!

I had an excellent experience at HAPO. Stephen helped me open up an account and let me stay later then the lobby was open to get my account opened for me. He was super friendly, patient and communicated very well. Michelle was extremely pleasant and welcomed me to the credit union immediately. I was very impressed with the credit union and how welcomed they made me feel, and that they were glad I chose them. I could go on and on about my experience. I would give 6 starts if I could! Highly recommend Hapo!

Don't use the outside ATM... it just took $600 cash from me, didn't deposit it or return it, and Hapo did not help me or check their ATM at all. They just sent me to my bank......

Google says you are open today: Saturday. The Oregon city location is not open on Saturdays. Please edit the google page-or better yet please be open on the weekend. Going to Vancouver is unreasonable.

I've been banking here for years, recently moved out rotary foundation here, and will probably move my other accounts here eventually. They are the nicest people with no turnover, so you get the chance to build actual relationships with the bank. Thank you!

I have had this bank since my grandpa opened me an acc up. I have then since grown up and moved away but still keep this as my bank. No matter where I go this is the place I have trusted my money at. The staff are friendly and they do no go all over the place with fees like US bank or bank of the west will do. They also do things for the area they are located at and I think that is awesome. they have the best rates in town for loans. trust your money here !
