My experience today was enjoyable. They made my day. They were extremely patient with me and that I appreciate. They set me up for online banking and all that goes with that. I told then that I am electronically challenged. I can do basic things on my phone and dealing with internet stuff confuses me. I thank them all for the great experience , customer service. They make the loan experience so much more accessible, especially for young people who may be inexperienced and unfamiliar with the process. I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. Would definitely recommend them for banking and loan services, they are awesome. Also, they overhauled their app recently and it is now incredible! Great experience all around
