Came here in the middle of a long drive because my transmission started shifting hard. I picked up some Lucas stop still and they lent me their 10mm so that I could get it into the transmission at the shop and then be on my way. Thank you for being awesome!

Super drunk man in t he parking lot fell down next to my car then got help up and slammed down onto my hood They refused to check our battery said they were to busy even though there was one other person in the store and 2 staff disappointed

Went into get headlights and wipers for my car after a bad experience at AutoZone Mike the assistant manager greeted me at the door and help me get the parts I needed and went to the fullest by installing them in the pouring down rain great Mike was amazing

I left work and quickly discovered I had little to no brakes on my car. This was the closest O'Reilly's and I had no idea it wasn't a normal retail location. Alex helped me, and to say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He came out to my car, identified the problem, then looked up the part. They didn't have it, so he tried looking at other Jeeps with the same engine. Still no luck. Then he went in the back and found a part that's identical to what I needed but for another car altogether! He was not only helpful but friendly as well, and they never made me feel like I was putting them out to help me. Thank you Alex.

Jake is a great customer service driven manager. I have faith in all things he does. Give this store a shot. Jake deserves a chance to serve you and will 100%. He will do whatever he can. If he can't he will find someone that does. He has been at this store since it opened. This is personal for him. He wants this to be a great Store and I know he will make it so.
