Emily and Darcie made our first home buying experience so easy! They were there for us every step of the way and had super insightful comments on homes, seeing things I never would have noticed. They were flexible with our little ones joining for tours and may have inspired our eldest to go into real estate haha. Can’t thank them enough and there is no doubt who we would turn to in the future with any moves!

I’ve bought and sold many properties in several states over the years. I have never had such a wonderful experience with realtors. Darcie, Emily and their colleagues are immediately responsive, calm, knowledgeable and available all the time. They stay cool in what is always a stressful time and make sure everything gets done as easily and seamlessly as possible.

We worked with Darcie in 2017 when she helped us sell our house. Six years later, when we were ready to buy a home, we didn't even think about working with a different realtor.
We met with Darcie and Emily to talk through our needs and the process. This was not the first time we have purchased a house. And hands down, we learned so much from them in the search process. Their experience and insight helped us make informed decisions when making offers and working through the inspection process.
Their knowledge and care throughout the entire process made the experience as stress free as possible. They took the time to answer all of our questions and truly made the experience fun. From making offers to inspection to closing, the team clearly communicated and advocated for us.

Emily and Darcie are really the best in the business, seriously. They helped me sell my house through a tricky process, complete with a surprise oil tank, with grace, grit, perseverance, and some much needed humor. They are part realtors, part therapists, part friends, 100% professional, and who you want in your corner. They are women led, queer friendly, and they give a part of their proceeds back to the community for each sale. I will only ever work with this team.

I highly recommend Darcie and her team! They recently helped me sell my house in Portland, OR, while I was living in San Francisco. The house needed significant work before it could be listed, and they managed every aspect of the process with incredible professionalism and efficiency.
Darcie coordinated all the labor needed to get the house ready for sale. She oversaw a water management company to complete drainage work, organized the insulation installation in the basement, arranged for drywall installation, and fixed all the minor things in the house that needed attention. Throughout this process, she and her team ensured that the contractors had access to the house and that everything was completed to a high standard.
Once the work was done, they had the house beautifully staged, which played a huge role in it selling very quickly. PDX Green Teams's expertise, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. 10/10. :)

Last year I reached out to Emily and Darcie as I was starting to look around more seriously for a house to purchase. The summer didn't go as planned so I punted the purchase to this year.
When I reached back out to Emily and Darcie it was smooth sailing to pick things back up. They were available and willing to help for every step of the process and every question that I had. Keeping an eye out for red flags, and pointing out various tidbits. We did both video tours and in-person tours - in which they were very accommodating for scheduling given the fact I was purchasing from out of town. They handled all the scheduling of the inspections and were on-site for all of it. They were extremely communicative - I never felt in the dark.
And now - I just closed on my first home ever - with Emily there to give me the keys and already having provided me with recommendations on who to reach out to for some of the updates that I want to do. I cannot thank them enough for all of the support and hard-work to get me here, especially given how daunting it is to purchase your first home. I cannot recommend them enough!

Darcie and co were with us through 3 different house-buying/selling ventures. She and her team helped us with buying our first house, a tiny thing we were so excited to have as our own, then when we upgraded as our family grew, and, lastly, when we moved out of the city. I would highly recommend PDX Green Team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions about the process. Emily helped us understand what to look for in our first home and taught us how to put in competitive offers. We were navigating a move across state lines and Emily was our on-the-ground guide for inspections, negotiations, and all the contracts along the way.We always felt like Emily was a strong advocate for us. We never felt pressured into seeing houses out of our budget or making offers on houses that weren’t for us. Even after the purchase of our new house, Emily offered to check on the place while we planned our move.
