An amazing jewel !
I had no idea this place was there until I needed my TAG repaired. The staff was welcoming, helpful and they fixed my watch immediately. I did not expect to walk out with a working watch that same day.

I’ve been looking for a place that could fix the missing pin in my Bulova watch, when I found Pearl Watch Repair I came in to see if they could fix it and within two minutes of walking in the store my watch was fixed! Amazing customer service and really fast service! 5/5 would recommend!

I came in just because they popped up on the map and boy let me tell you… I was glad I did! It is probably some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Veronica was amazing and the gentleman who actually serviced my watch really cared about my time piece. They made great conversation and recommended some services for my watch. Dropped in to have the minute hand reset and a battery replaced on my Raymond Weil and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly, and efficient and I the whole visit took less than 15 minutes. In addition to doing repairs, they also sell a great selection of pre-owned watches for every budget. Highly recommend this great business!

I knew I came the right place straight away.
The calm confidence gracefully on display by the two working the shop was paired perfectly with genuinely friendly service.
Strangely after the repair I didn't want to leave and was closer to buying another watch than my wife would appreciate.
I doubt I ever go anywhere else.

Great customer service! Joe helped me find a new bracelet for my Seiko Kinetic that my father left me. He walked me through the functions and cleaned it up for a very reasonable price. Pearl Watch Repair has a customer for life!

Veronica and Joe are awesome. I took my grandfather’s 1950s Croton to get its first service in probably 40 years. It needed a lot of love. After a couple attempts to get it running accurately, it is now nearly perfect and a true reflection of my stubborn granddaddy.
I appreciate having skilled craftspeople nearby. More so, thanks for your patience with this project. It means a lot to me!
