We reserved a conversion van and went to pick it up at Home Depot. After waiting in line for 40 minutes we were told none were available and were offered a 16 foot truck instead. The Home Depot employee was very nice but there wasn’t anything he could do as Penske provides the vehicles at the pickup site.We were told he had contacted Penske about our reservation previously as well as 4 other van pickups that were scheduled that day and Penske had done nothing about it. The only solution was to offer large trucks instead. Super frustrating and a waste of time.

We rented a lift gate truck for our move and had a great experience. The truck was great and costumer service too.

Underpowered 24 foot truck. Broke down at midnight after 400 easy freeway miles. Never again!

Recently rented a truck with Penske, and they were AWESOME! Penske had better deals than U-Haul and Budget rentals! More availability in sizes of trucks in the Marysville area. Also, their customer service over the phone were attentive and very helpful professionals! Penske also honors military veterans! Thank you Penske, for what you do for "Our Country"!!!

Located in Home Depot. Can be difficult to get the attention of employees to help you.
